Went and bought chicken from here over the weekend ordered 10 piece family meal okra and Fries as a side and a jalapeño. Went home all I had was chicken and fries. I called and the guys on shift were completely nice to me said for me to call manager and I can get the meal replaced the next day. Called the manager maybe 5 minutes before I arrived to get the replacement and when I arrived she already had the food bagged and ready. This seemed odd because of course I wanted fresh food. Made it home the food was sooo gross and cold. Never ever eating there again!!!
Old school pies are always the best ! Good job in keeping the original pie ! Still taste amazing !
Receipt shows 3 pieces of white meat, all dark! When called manager she refused to give me her name! She said her name was manager! Informed her that I would contact Corporate she said go ahead and hung up! They have a bunch of kid's working that don't know the difference between white and dark meat!
Wasn't so thrilled ?. Had to wait quite a bit after ordering because chicken was not ready. Was told it would be 5 min...... 23 minutes later I received food. Some hot, some not, no napkins and none of the sauces I had requested during the ordering process.
I ordered a drumstick, regular okra and drink. I went back because the chicken was small and the okra was beyond old. It was so dry and pitiful as you can see in the photo. When I arrived and let the workers know about the issue, the two young ladies who came to the window said NOTHING to me and both just walked away and went to get their manager. That’s so very rude. I received no apology. I was able to get my money back thankfully, and was told to have a nice day by a gentleman who I assumed was the manager, as he didn’t say much either. I willI not be back though. Your staff’s customer service skills need work. An apology is basic at best and should be the first thing stated. Thanks.
Don't expect them to honor any coupons. I brought in a coupon I received in the mail that doesn't expire until March and they said that it not in their system. Brought up another one on my phone and got the same answer. I was told that he had one in his system but it was two dollars cheaper but he had to find a way to charge me two dollars. Guess Church's doesn't understand customer SERVICE! On the way to Popeyes.
Ok, the guy up front tonight has amazing customer service skills. He put a smile on my face, but management clearly needs replaced. They are short staffed, overworked and underpaid. There is no organization or system in place to help these guys. They are running all over the place. This causes a lot of stress and room for error. These poor employees. Yet still a smile on their faces.Update: After 36 minutes of waiting inside. I left without my food.
This place is terrible everytime I go there the same manager is there packing the food and ALWAYS forget something. I ordered a 3 piece mix with mash potatoes and a apple pie. I ordered the apple pie first. I get my order and I pull off and checked my order didn't get my apple pie. So I get home and I got a bowl of gravy no mash potatoes. Ridiculous won't be going there again. Golden chick has never let me down in 20 years.
Chicken was prepared well.Sides were fresh.Biscuits were great.
This place really needs new management. I love the chicken Churches has been a favorite of ours for a longtime, but this place never has any ready. Can’t ever get spicy half the time can’t get the sides you want because they aren’t ready and when you compromise what you wanted you still wait an average of 30 minutes to get it. We have kept going back every month or so since they opened thinking it would get better spoiler:it has not!! Tonight was the last time.
