I was in the lobby area to put in an order. It was around 12 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The young man that I assumed was in charge of everything took my order and was very professional enthusiastic and even though it was a to-go order made my experience there a delightful one! Food was great and again the service was awesome especially from that young man! Kudos go out to both,whoever trained him and his parents!
Y’all, Church’s Chicken is my favorite chicken place! We have a large family and you just can’t beat the food and the prices. We live in a neighboring town where the Church’s Chicken is so bad, I refuse to eat there.Today, I decided to give this Church’s chicken a shot for lunch. They had a few cars in the drive through so we decided to dine in. When I tell you, these workers were on it! It’s not easy to fry chicken and get orders filled quickly, but the workers were not only working fast and efficiently, but they were courteous and respectful. The young man who was the manager was shining. The lady at the cash register had a pleasant wonderful attitude! This crew deserves to paid $20 an hour for such exemplary service, especially during the lunch rush! Hats off to them! I would call corporate or the franchise owner and give them a glowing recommendation if I could as well. This just made my day!
Got here about 2pm. This was hands down the best Churches We ever ate. Hot.. Fresh..and the Staff were Friendly and Welcoming. Really loved eating lunch here today. This Crew had it going on! Thank you! Fast Food is a business that is hard to please some Customers. Y'all did a FANTASTIC Job!????
That chicken was cold at noon time that was the second time and the young folks have nasty attitude and don't get your order correct.Last time I will stop there.tried to give them the benefit of doubt but never a third time?
So disappointed first I went to the churches on Stan Schlueter order to chicken fried steaks an extra one they charge me almost twenty bucks got home there was no gravy they were dry chicken fried steak went back got my money came to the one over here off of Highway 190 and the owner F'ed up my order Also.. by the way he owns both Churches... so now I'm sitting here waiting for three more chicken fried steak with gravy because the first one that gravy was spilled in the bottom of bag and he also gave me dry chicken fried steaks WTH!!!????
2 Stars manager was polite and courteous, BUT someone was burning something it was SMOKEY inside and no one bothered to OPEN doors...NO Ketchup how do you RUN out of Ketchup LOL..
Friendly customer service, but very disappointed after ordering our food, the fries were hot but soft , there was no ketchup and or cocktail sauce and the biscuits were like a sweet cake.
The new Church’s on Stan Schleuter opens at 10:30am. I arrived at 11:05am at the drive thru. I ordered 2 wings & a regular fry. I just knew my food would be fresh and hot seeing as how they just opened 30mins ago. The fries were cold and the chicken was not hot nor fresh. As if it may have been reheated from the night before. I looked up the number to call to speak to someone. A young lady answered and said “this is the Church’s by Burger King. The new Church’s you’re trying to reach does not have a phone. So you have to go up there and tell them”. What kind of business don’t have a phone? Besides that location has been open for quite sometime. I live 2 cities over in Nolanville. I will not get back in my car, waste gas to go & tell them something I’m sure they already know…that they’re serving cold stale food. Unbelievable!!!
The food was ok the small containers cuz you've run out of the large ones is ridiculous that's how it was last time and you still ain't hot one yet the service was good but the time waiting on our food was ridiculously long over 30 minutes won't go back there again
Great staff, good yard bird, and FIRE peppers.
