I just left the Churches on business 190. They had a banner on the outside saying " under new management ". Not sure what they were bragging about. I went inside. I was waiting for several minutes. No one spoke to me. I was the only customer inside. Finally I was acknowledged. I was told no white meat. Absolutely no customer service. Very sad. Will never go back.
Their lucky to get that#1 they have no num..says it's disconnected...#2 I ask for 10 pcs.legs and thighs .And I got 1 thigh and 8 legs..That =9 pcs.It was so cold I can't eat .I came back down there..They won't open door .So I'm the 9 car in line .I've been here for 20 mins and haven't moved..The lady that handed me the food was VERY rude..I WILL SAY IM 55 YEARS OLD AND THIS HAS TO BE WORST I HAD EVER TRY TO EAT...Took me 33min to get to window...

Chicken was good,service was good,but place is nasty,dirty,falling apart.Stagnant water and slime,mold all over parking lot.Almost slipped and fell

Just left Church's Chicken on Veterans Memorial in Killeen TX.... so disappointing, yet AGAIN. By the time I got home, which I went straight to and only live. 1/2 mile away, the fries were hot the 10 pcs of Chicken ALL COLD. I knew I shouldn't have stopped here. I tried calling 6xs n no answer! Smh- sad sad sad
⚠️ Somehow managed to charge my neighbor's card over $500 by mistake‽ Now, their phone is out of service, and the one in Copperas Cove has no working phone either. This is a potential warning to any customers. Will gladly change this review after the situation is sorted: get hold of Gary Z., I've been told by him that your Veterans store manager has his contact info. Sort this out, and for the love of all that's holy pay your phone bill.
That place is a trash. Nothing of what I ask for give me . I ask spice chicken and they burned was black and old. No mush potatoes and coleslaw. They give me fry ocra and bompers. They forgot to give me the fry ocra and I need to drive back to ask for. When I got home I discovered the nasty chicken I got. I try to call the restaurant and the phone that is in the ticket doesn't exist. I call to the other number and is a guy in san Antonio.. if you are considering to eat fry chicken don't go to this place on 190 business is a trash place.... we ended to throw the chicken in trash. Very bad ? place for us dinner ....
