Me and my family really enjoyed our grandson's birthday party. Our hostess, Jazzy, was the very best. My only complaint is the intercom system. None of our guests throughout the play could hear any of the announcements concerning our party activities.
Fun for the kids, I love the card play instead of having to pay per game. Sadly it is very over priced. And the salad bar wasn't fully stocked and it's like 12 dollars per person, so for it to not be stocked was sad. But anyways I'm always happy to my kids smile and enjoy their play time.
It was all so much fun and we had a great time. If my opinion is of any use, I want to let you know that the staff at the counter are not friendly or kind at all. They left us standing at the entrance unattended for more than 10 minutes with 3 other families. that they were angry that no employee came to tell them anything! In the end we got in without a bracelet and they didn't tell us anything. but they also didn't tell us that we could pass without a wristband, and they just left us waiting at the entrance and the employees looked at us and didn't wave or say anything. that was annoying! why we wasted time and were late for the party we were going to. Even the families behind me murmured that it was very bad service that no one was able to tell us to come in! and that there was only one very slow cashier!
My kids and myself got sick after food was served. I went to go talk to the manager about the food and saw this Employee with no gloves, picked up food from ground and put it on back on the pizza and served it.I called corporate about it and and spoke to Jenifer Hunsinger and she delayed time to investigate a week and offer tokens to make it right and I refused but to ask for a re-train your employee about cross contamination and she refused to listen.
Kids always have a great time and we love the food at our Killeen location. We don't go as much as before the pandemic but we are gonna start going more often during the summer!!!
We had a great time at Chuck E Cheese. This location wasn’t crowded. The staff was VERY friendly. My daughter had fun and the atmosphere was nice and clean.
Just visited yesterday think I’m going today and all I have to say is, the staff was friendly chuck e was very energetic unlike other locations he also went to greet people just like he did in the 90s! Wish they still had the animatronics but I loved the visit and hope to visit it again!
Love the new digital tickets. It sure makes things easier. The kids had a blast. I love the safety feature where everyone that comes together has the same stamp and has to leave together, however no one was at the door when I left and no one checked if they were my kids, we just slipped right out.
