First time eating here and it was way less than desirable! Yes, food came out hot, but it was overcooked. Way overpriced for what you get.. Also service was very lackluster. She didn't know how to prebuss as plates were empty and was very slow to get us anything. At the end, when we were given the check, She tried to take our drinks when we weren't finished with them. They were in the middle of the table not at the edge of the table with the "Take me plates".We won't ever return here. $120 down the drain.
I got the spicy tuna roll and the sashimi over rice and I have to say the sushi here was excellent. The service was great and the waiters were friendly. From the outside, the place doesn't look like it would be as good as it is. Not very decorated or lavish but I was surprised because the food was excellent. If I ever find myself in Killeen, I will definitely be going back.
It isn't bad food. It isn't great food either. But it will satisfy you and your belly. The Korean sides were on point. The Hibachi was very salty and over seasoned but it was editable and wasn't horrible. The Spicy Korean soup was pretty straight forward and had the flavor profile that you would expect from that style of soup. The sweet tea was a cavity waiting to happen way to much sugar and weakly brewed. Over all not bad for getting lunch in between shifts.
Incredible customer service even for them being short staffed. I have a severe allergy to avocado so I cant get very much sushi other than have it specifically made. The chef was amazing and was able to make my favorite sushi meals with substitutes that didnt take away the flavor and quality of the food. Plated absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely be going back here again. Was thrown off by the way it looks outside but the quality of the food and service definitely gets 5 stars from me.
Love the place. Best sushi in town so far and I try new places often. This place is the most consistent in quality.
I have ate at this establishment multiple times and have always enjoyed my food. But today me and my employees ordered Bento boxes and to my dismay there was a?ROACH?in my salad. I called Chopsticks and asked to speak with a manger and her only reply was I can give you a refund. No apology. And to be honest this must happen often because she really seemed to not be embarrassed nor felt the need to even say sorry. I will never take my business back to this restaurant.
Tried to get delivery as it looks decent. Went through a 3rd party site that I am assuming they partner with. Waited an hour and then called. The reply was that I had to pick it up. Tried to cancel the order but they refused so now I am having to dispute the charge with my bank. It might be good in person but definitely do not try to order online.
Love this place. Everything has great taste and is fresh and full of flavor. Finally I place that actual puts enough cream cheese that you can taste. It’s fast and everyone is kind, great overall service.
Ive been coming here since 2014. They food is consistently good and the portions are very reasonable for the price. The food quality exceeds the cost. The staff changes constantly but that is normal with most establishments nowadays. The fat unemployment checks makes it nearly impossible to compete. The old lady that is there most of the time is great at customer service and is very funny. I highly recommend Chopsticks.
This is my family's favorite restaurant in Killeen. Everything is good here! You won't be disappointed in anything you choose on their menu!
