The food, chicken quesadillas and chili, was very good. The service, however was a little sketchy. For example, we had to eat our chili with forks because they did not bring spoons. After asking for them, the spoons arrived as we finished out chili. It took about 15 minutes for them to inform me that they were out of the drink I ordered. It was the small details like these that took away from what could have been an outstanding experience.

I hadn't been to Chili's in awhile (years). Wow, they've made amazing improvements. Their menu has a great spread of options and their prices are the best I've seen since Covid hit.But man, their service is what's standing out to me. It's been extraordinary. Everything came out very fast, we never had to ask for anything because once it might've become a need soon, it was provided. Very impressive. Great job guys!
I can't remember the name of the waitress, but she was on point. Kept the drinks filled! Food came out fast. She was very accommodating.
I think this was actually my first time here in the over 6 years ive lived here unless it was so long ago i dont remember. Im not disappointed!! I was lazy tonight and didnt feel like cooking so i wanted to try something diff. My two toddlers shared the cajun chicken pasta. It was -OK- in my opinion (considering i make my own homemade alfredo sauce) lol but the babies loved it. Ordered a side of fries and the appetizer trio. Oh and a loaded baked potato soup which was pretty good too. Curbside pickup went great. I wanted to try the smokehouse combo plate and that street corn so I think well be back!!
This place when you walked in had a 15 minute wait and had half the seat available. But when you looked closely every table was dirty with plates and dishes like they didn't care to pick up after each table and run it back to the kitchen. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing we got two of everything and. My beer was brought in a small glass so they brought a bigger glass which was nice gesture but just not with it night before last. Needed to be cleaner inside and would have a better feel to the atmosphere.
Chili's is one of my favorites! Great food for a great price and amazing staff and atmosphere too! Definitely check out the 3 for 10, so much food for $10! Always a great experience at Chili's and if not, the managers are quick to remedy the situation. Will continue to dine here for sure!
I am an active duty military member and I went to this location to have lunch with my wife and another family member. I found a live bug in my salad, I notified the waitress and she removed it from the table but when the manager on duty came to address the issue she never apologized for the inconvenience she only made excuses and tried to explain to me that the bug flew in from outside, etc. The waitress was really nice but the uninterested attitude of the manager was unacceptable in a food service establishment especially when you have a living insect in your food. Use caution if you decide to dine here and did i mention we still had to pay for the food. All the waitress were even surprised that the manager didnt do something about the bill.. the waitresses tried their best to make the situation better.. but i cant say the same about the manager...Yep!! beware!!!
My family and I ordered delivery for my birthday and the portions weren’t as expected the food looks like it was just tossed around and placed in the plate. The delivery took longer than what it said it would have taken. I also called to see what was going on with my order and the line was hung up on me after saying no one answered the phone. The food doesn’t taste seasoned and overall is not as what the reviews said.
I usually enjoy the food but last night the only thing it wasn't that great. My real issue is with the wait. Waited about an hour for our food. I really think thats something they should tell people before they sit them. Our waitress was really nice and attentive.
