If we're asked to wear a mask please make sure your employees wear there's properly.
There is no social distancing inside, the tables and booths are filthy and the waitress took 15 minutes to notice us when there were only three tables full. Even with short staff I don't think this is acceptable to not know when someone comes in so you can at least greet them and get waters out or something if you aren't ready to take their order. Sitting there for about 20 minutes more families started to come in. 10 minutes more then I was surrounded by 13 people and one of which had their group growing. They shut down half the restaurant and I don't know why we are being lazy by doing so or why we are forcing people into crowded clusters? Personally I don't like the feeling of claustrophobia and I'm not sure why they were doing it. It was extremely unpleasant.
I always go here during my lunch hour and get the 3 for $10. It comes with your choice of chips and salsa or a salad to start. A main course (I always get the cajun chicken alfredo). Lastly , a drink as your 3rd item. The food is always good, love this place.
Tables have tile on theme and the groves are so dirty that u cant even see the color of the grout told theme about it after a week past came back and they have not clean theme still looking the same
Simple chain restaurant. Convenient location on post. Met expectation.
Great chicken tenders with mango habanero sauce they were drizzled with. Yummy can't wait to try them again
Can be busy but they never treat you like you are taking up space. Great establishment

Staff was friendly and polite. Bathrooms were filthy. They have the air conditioning on so cold that the entire staff was in sweatshirts and jackets and refused to adjust the thermostat. Food was to be expected from Chili's.
The steak was so tough I couldn't eat it!! The only thing that was good was the broccoli!! How do you mess up mashed potatoes? I won't be going back to that restaurant!!!
