As soon as we walked in, it seemed like every single worker greeted us with “welcome to chick fil a!” The girl who took our order was very kind and friendly. We were even given a free frosted lemonade because they accidentally made an extra one! The experience here was awesome unlike ANY chick fil a I’ve been to. Amazing service and we will definitely be back!!
Omgosh, was I so impressed!! 1st time there and I loved the food. Their chicken was so gosh darn tasty & juicy! They came to our table to ask if we needed refills and if we wanted them to throw our trash! Of course we told them thank you, but it wasn't necessary. They were so kind and patient with their customers. I'm definitely hooked, I can't wait to go back!
I was disappointed with this location.I had ordered delivery and it was 30 minutes past expected receive time and my order still showed it had not been prepared. I called the store 5 times and no one was answering the phone only VM. I cancelled my order and requested pickup with the same items.I arrived and received my items which were not hot and the shake appeared to be the same shake I ordered because it was melted and my cherry had drifted to the bottom of the shake -horrible presentation. I also did not receive the sauces I had ordered although my receipt had the correct sauces my bag had the wrong options requested. I have never had such a horrible interaction with any Chick-fil-A until I went to this one. Hopefully the remodel of this location will allow them to be better than this horrible experience.
Whether we order in the drive thru or on the app for curbside our order is always correct, hot and ready quickly. The employees are always friendly.
Employees are always polite and kind. Service here is always speedy. But with being fast with orders they often make mistakes. The last 3 times that I’ve came here, they have always forgot something. Today they forgot hash browns with my breakfast meal. The last 2 times they completely forgot the nuggets. I called and the manager said I can come in and get the item, but cmon now? Im gonna eat my food and then go? Or I’m going to let my food get cold to pick up the missing item and then eat it? They offered a refund but I still had to go in. Then they said they can credit my chick fil a app. That never happened. This location is ridiculous. Low standard for chick fil a.
, I had to go try the the Chick-fil-A Chicken Tortilla Soup . And boy its Spicy. And I wish I would have asked before I purchase due to me not liking spicy foods. Or it could be just me. It was a good soup for someone who likes the spice . GO TRY IT OUT ! Maybe ? you guys will love it !
I’m not usually one to dislike Chick-fil-A for basically any reason. It’s my go-to fast food restaurant with my kids. We went to this Chick-fil-A last week for lunch and went in to sit and eat. The floors were disgusting and extremely slippery like they had been mopped with grease. Not just in one spot… it was the entire restaurant. I almost slipped and fell going to the bathroom to give you an idea of how bad it was. Since the floors were so gross it really makes me wonder how clean the restaurant is in general. The staff were nice and cleaned up the ketchup my son spilled quickly, the food was good as usual but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
I really enjoy chick fil a but it is always something with this location (killeen, Tx) and I keep giving chances which I guess is my fault. A none meat eater, I always ask for salads with no meat, either they always put bacon on my Cobb Salad or on nights like tonight I pay for my food, sit in line for 20 min just to get to the window for the manager to say "sorry were not serving anymore salads for today". In my opinion unless you run out, you should serve all your menu items throughout your scheduled business hours. Will NOT be returning.
Mixed review! Drive thru is not bad but i have gotten my order messed up more than twice (i called about that and was redeemed my actual order). Dine in is a pleasant experience especially the staff.Ps. Wish their breakfast extended til 11am.
Customer service is great as always but food is NEVER fresh even when you ask for it fresh it’s not. Once I asked for fresh nuggets and I got old ones even still I sent them back and they still have me old ones and it’s happened multiple times. Better off going to the one in heights or CC
