The worst decision wafflebear could’ve done was to merge with cafe Latino. Waffle bear, the food is delicious and comes out fast never had a problem since I’ve been here until the merge. You got random people standing who ordered from cafe Latino and the wafflebear staff not knowing so he ask if they want waffle bear. I don’t if wafflebear was struggling and needed the extra money but cafe Latino needs to find another spot. And the waiter needs to work on his communication skills a bit. Overall this place has potential to be a big spot on Killeens map but it’s the little things that can kill a restaurant
I don’t know how the flying ____ this place has a high review. Our chair broke was sitting down. The carpet is literally black from mold and other old food.The rice was hard.Everything around you is broken or destoryThe waitress is completely cluelessShe can’t talk in English OR SpanishThe fish took almost a hour and it was blackI ask for coffee and milk and they gave me American coffee.Three times we ask for our first drinks and we never got it.We ask for the next and had to pretend to walk out to give it to usThe food had zero favorIt’s a shame because people don’t know better and it’s located in Killeen where there is no real Hispanic places. Just ghetto places like this.Pollo tropical will mop the floor with this place. TheirLike seriously. If you want to see the menu, you have to stand up and go to the front of this “restaurant” to look at it.I'm 100% calling the health inspector on them. This is unbelievable. Even bugs I saw.
Service wasn't rude, but left a lot to be desired. Carpet was dirty, tables weren't wiped clean, and overall decor is shabby. The waffles we ordered were good, but nothing special. The strawberry lemonade was delicious, but the food wasn't good enough to make us want to come back.
Waffles are delicious, I ordered a side of chicken and it wasn’t what I expected. Location is easy and quick to find.
Havent tried this place yet and its been here for just about a year. I didnt want to go somewhere too far so I stopped by and Im so surprised there wasnt more people or even packed. Probably because it was a little past breakfast time. I ordered the Blondie to go and it was done in 3-4 minutes. Wasnt expensive. I totally suggest this place. The waffle was so good! I will for sure come back again.
Inside was very nice and clean, waiter was very courtious. I loved that there was no line on a sunday! It is a hidden breakfast shop. The food was decent, I was in the mood for a regular ol belgium waffle. I wasn't wow'd by the food. I like my waffles with butter and syrup. When I asked for butter I was given liquid butter. My rating is not a five because I did not get to eat my waffles the way I like them, with regular butter. This might have changed my rating if I got to fully enjoy my breakfast.

Never been here until this morning. We were so excited. We walked in, a a man & a woman were in the front. We were just looked at, NO GREETING! We let that slide but the WOMAN was so rude. Kept rolling her eyes at the man she was working with. She slammed the menus on the table when the man asked for help.. We didn't even order. We went somewhere else with our money.I’m sure the food is good. But that girl needs to be fired.
AC broken? It was really hot in there. We didn’t like the atmosphere. Even tho we were there on Saturday morning nobody was there. The place was dead. The food wasn’t too bad. Definitely over charged. Ordered 4 waffles and got charged for almost $70.
Absolutely delightful little waffle bear themed restaurant. We had the other Cheech, Omar, and the Blondie v2.0. serving sizes were big! The waffles were light, fluffy, and large. You will be satisfied with how many toppings are piled on top. This place has achieved waffle greatness.
