Great customer service. Haven’t been here in a while. Good vibes. The boneless chicken could have been cooked better. Maybe fresh two out of the 6 was all bread. The cost was very shocking as well, with them being 8$ I would have liked more meatMy husband really enjoyed his wings. Ranch /BB que ,Drylon was our waiter, it was his very first day ! He did awesome! Had a good time
Aside from them being out of a lot of stuff due to their truck not arriving until the following day Maria our waitress and the bartender (didn’t catch his name) they definitely made up for it and made it a great experience. We will definitely be going back because of Maria.
?♂️I feel like someone played a joke on my poor bf. The French fries were like 3 days old. Stale. They were literally hard and dried out like a mummy. Maybe they were actually mummy fingers, dried out little crunchy mummy fingers... Plus, they forgot the sauce for the tenders ??♀️ Baby only even ordered tenders to try out the Nashville Hot sauce. Two stars instead of one because my bf said the wings were fine. Glad I had him pick me up food from somewhere else ? Applebee's doublecrunch wings are legit. ✌️
I went to order take out. The wait was I told 40 minute wait. I went to the store. When I came back the food wasn’t ready. I send my daughter in again after being told another 15 minute wait. Finally, after I got my wings they wasn’t HOT! No where near the 1 hr wait time not to have been hot. The fries was hard as cardboard. I live across town. By the, I didn’t even want it anymore after waiting 1 hour! I called and spoke to a very nice manager (Courtney ) who said she would have to replace my gift card. I only had the receipt from the different I paid with my debit card. I still have the gift card. I thought it was awfully funny the cashier didn’t offer to give it back(the receipt) . She still was able to pull the order back up. The service a the take out could def be better. The food could be hot if the cooks wasn’t too busy back there dancing!! ?I can watch Tik Tok if I want to be entertained by dancing.
Horrible service!!!! The waiter had no personality, he wasn't warm or inviting at all. The service crew just kept dropping off food in front of us as we tell them it's not ours. They were not listening. Then they takes the food to the correct table like it hadn't just been sitting in front of us. We had a long wait to receive our food and when we did receive it, we received it at different time intervals so we couldn't actually eat together, it was about 15 minutes or more between each meal. The manager is trash as well. He comes over being very condensing when we begin to inform him of our concerns. Then the manager begins talking over my sister as she tries to explain our concerns. He was very unprofessional and hostile.
My experience at this location was terrible. The costumer service from the manager Courtney was like dealing with a child. The wings taste the way a barn smells. My wedges were hard & crunchy & the size of a quarter. They didn't give me any of the sauce I asked for. My fiance ate 2 of his boneless wings & couldn't tolerate the taste anymore. That night he was throwing up. He was still throwing up the next morning. Plus the food was was cold. I called and asked for a refund. The Mgr told me to come in on the days he worked. I got sick & called him to let him know that I'll be in when I felt better. I never got a response. I called today to get my refund. He was very rude. He wouldn't allow me to even speak. He was talking over me, then saying I was yelling. Then told me he never talked to me on the first ph call. Then he said that since I paid cash he couldn't give me my refund. Told me to call the Gm if I had a problem then proceeded to hang up in my face. I have never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant. I'll never go there again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
Used to live bww but this place continues to go down hill every year. Appetizers always come out cold. Good takes forever. Clientele is a little scratch just look at social media posts for this location. Management is rude or nowhere to be found.
Went with 15 traditional honey bbq, mozzarella sticks and sweet Lipton iced tea. I consider these safe picks (hard to mess up). Sure enough it came out as expected, no complaints. The mozzarella sticks stood out, maybe because I hadn't had them in a while, good n crispy. The service was meh, took a little while but nothing crazy. Worth the visit if your're craving wings or a good drink.
Horrible service. I ordered a hamburger through UberEats from this location and the burger was completely wrong. It had everything on it that I said I didn’t want on there. My husband is allergic to mayo and sure enough, the burger came with mayo on it. The manager said it wasn’t their fault and that UberEats would have to be the one to refund us.
Do not ever order uber eats to get food from Buffalo wild wings. They didn't make my order correct the food had hair in it. When I called the KILLEEN TEXAS LOCATION THE FAKE GM AMANDA which she lied about who she was. Told me to basically it was uber fault and that she was not going to do nothing about it. I am currently on the phone with the corporate office.
