Highly annoyed with my order, I ordered a slider fries and a spicy fish sandwich. Dipping sauce ranch, horsey sauce, and red pepper sauce. I Get it delivered to me I get it with a note saying no longer sale fish sandwich, but I got charged for the hole meal I didn't get any of my dipping sauce either.. From my understanding if you don't have all of the order it should be on there or CANCELED my order so I don't get charged and can order from else where and get my hole meal.My food that I did receive, was cold I got it a little bit over a hour. I just want my money back.
Everything was made as requested. We ordered 2 items we had never had before. Fish sandwhich was kind of bland however the Reuben was pretty good.
Cashier upsized and added extra meat to my bill when I didn’t ask for it costing me an extra $9 +. They wouldn’t give a refund or change the order. Horrible customer service.
I wonted to give 5 stars for begging the fish sandwich back. But the night I was there employee screaming profanity in the back.Girl's that's not bold and confident.Its rude and disrespectful.
Rude old black lady you should have younger lively people handling customers.food was microwaved (cold spots in food)I only went because there was traffic everywhere else.Shame on you Arby’s. Your food sucks you could at least act like you’re excited to serve your 1 customer per hour.
Employees seemed like they hate their jobs not friendly at all no potatoe cakes and the fries were cold. I think I'm done eating there.

It's been awhile since I have been to Arby's. last night I was talking to my sister in Florida and she was ordering at a local Arby's. It sounded good.So.i drove from Belton too Killeen on my way home from work and picked up 6 rost beef and two fries for my family. The cashier working the drive through had the dest customer service and at the window she had a even digger smile. It's so refreshing to see an employee going up and beyond to make me smile and feel welcome. So a dig shout out to Mrs.T at store AR6673 ON 10/28/21 in Killeen Tx.
Got the wrong order, didn't notice till I got home but notice the curly fries were burned quickly. Someone sure be checking quality of the food prior given it to the customer. You wait over 10 minutes to order then another 10 - 15 minutes to get your order, last thing I want to do is hold up the line any longer to pull everything out to check my bag. I guess I will have to be that guy for now on...
