We used to go very often for breakfast or pick up dinner but with Covid, we stopped going but we still got orders to go. It had been a while since we had actually gotten down to eat. Yesterday we got down to eat breakfast and we noticed that the place is very run down, the personal are not at all friendly, and not even a "welcome to Whataburger " anymore. Almost all our meals to go always has something missing, something wrong with it. We live about 21 miles from your place and we won't go back to have them corrected. We ate and got out right away. You all are building another one and we hope this is lots better
Stopped for a quick burger at the newest Whataburger on Memorial Hwy, near Shriener College, in Kerrville TX... so nice & clean! The employees were very friendly & accommodating.. very refreshing now-a-days... and food was hot & tasty. I review this new restaurant because the manager personally came by tables asking customers if "everything was ok?" He was so friendly & chatted with a number of us... virtually unheard of at a fast food restaurant. Whataburger has REALLY hired some of the best employees in our area & we want them to know it is appreciated. We will go back, for sure!!
It didn't take long before I received my order. Everything ok, my order was right. Nice and hot..
Great food. They were busy, but had enough people working, but they seemed out of synch still got my food in 10 minutes!
This specific time it was a late night snack after drinks at the bar. It sure hit the spot.It's been a while since u have visited this Whataburger but since the world closes down by 11pm, it was the only place to grab a bite to eat. So at 11 o'clock on a Thursday my daughter and I went all the way into Kerrville to snag some munchies. We pulled up with a line of cars no doubt BUT they had it moving fast before I could look online at their menu I was at the big menu and had to order. And BOOM we were at the pick up window receiving our food. I had to complement them for there great job. Awesome work guys and girls.
I mean, it's fast food... but, it's Whataburger! I can tell they knew my mom and are real nice to her too (she lives there I don't (I also try to avoid fast food these days... she doesn't really get that)). Very friendly, clean, nice small town atmosphere.Edit: (years later).... something alien in my Whatacatch tonight.... scarey. Everything was close to cold, too. Maybe take your "Open 24 Hours" sign down? Minus 2 stars for tonight (for now).
Food is usually good. But it’s overpriced and my biggest complaint is that they get my order wrong on such a regular basis that I rarely go there anymore
It does the trick when I'm craving a sweet and spicy bacon burger <3 (and nothing else is open)
Got a large vanilla shake to soothe my sore throat. I couldn't remember ever having a better shake!
Mixed up our meal. Ordered 3 kids meals and a patty melt, received 3 #1's and a triple meat. Way too late to go back after traveling from Houston late.
