They dont put enough sour cream on their soft taco supremes, and they charge you 54cents for extra.
We really love crunchy tacos made from corn tortillas... and the ones from Taco Bell are delicious. This location was a bit slow in opening their drive-thru lane, but then the service was good. Very friendly staff.
I went to the drive-up to order. The sign posted at the speaker say for individuals who are hearing impaired, pull up to the window to order. I was unable to understand them and they were unable to understand me, even though I tried to place my order 3 times, so I pulled up to the window. As I arrived at the window, with not so much as a greeting, the woman at the window shouted to me. "You can't order at the window, you have to order at the speaker" I told her I tried and the sign says to pull forward to the window to order. She again shouted at me and was extremely rude, saying they do not accept orders at the window and that I would have to pull around to the speaker again. I said "goodbye" and left.

I usually love Taco bell, but have fun dealing with the hostile woman running the drivethru that has no idea how to count. Absolutely awful service..
We don’t live in Kerrville but I’ve been wanting the spicy potato taco with steak & sour cream, got a Doritos locos supreme taco as well….. hardly any meat on the Doritos taco, sooooo much friggin sour cream ?Now…. The potato taco? I received one of them with zero potatoes?!? The other had once again more sour cream than anything else, all of them were cold due to the amount of sour cream & for the amount you pay extra for the steak, why did I receive 2 tiny pieces?Save your money (complete waste of money to go to this location!) go down the road and go to Taco Casa! They know how to doctor up a taco!
This store has gone completely down hill, tonight was the last night I will be there. The 16 year old named chip that works the drive thru is extremely rude and he tried to get my boyfriend to go inside to fight him all because my boyfriend told him to watch his tone with me, also if he works when y'all go I would definitely count your money twice cause he doesn't know how to count at all.
1. Charged us a dollar for a donation that we said we didn't want to donate to.2. Freeze machine was not working.3. Quesadilla only had five small pieces of chicken. Two inches of empty tortilla all the way around the edges.4. Three napkins that were handed to us were already dirty.Just felt with it because we were passing through.
