Worst experience ever the lady never changed her gloves and kept wiping her nose it was terrible ended up getting our money back and went to Jimmy John's..
Did not appreciate young lady who coughed into my food as she prepared it. Most visits are very pleasant but she made me want to avoid eating there and opt for better service. It's fast food that you physically watch them prepare food its why I prefer places I can't see what they do??
Fire the green haired girl who doesn't wear the name tag. You'll lose money everyday that one is employed.
I love their meat ball, but i hate that the staff make our sandwiches with no masks, facial hair nets, but talk over our food as if we are not still going through an actual pandemic that IS killing people, and those who don't die'll tell you, going through it really hurts!
Per the Google page the business hours were update 6 days ago. We pulled up and it was dark inside. What's the point of updating hours just to have it closed during the notated hours of operation.
Although I love the food, I went in at 12 on Sunday, their hours both online and at the store states they open at 10 but they weren't open. I was kind of let down.

Terrible order thru the app. Got our food and the toppings and meat were wrong in two subs nothing right. 3rd was supposed to be a melt and nothing was melting on it and the grilled bread it was supposed to have looked and felt like it never touch heat ever.

Great made to order subs.Confusing mask policy: customers must wear masks when not at their table, but employees are without masks. Customer policy was not enforced, but clearly posted on store window.
