Always polite in the drive thru every time we've gone. Drinks have been right every time. I like that they ask if we would like a drink holder instead of just giving us one we don't need.
I'm from out of town and was excited to get a delicious cup of coffee. Went through the drive-thru and put it my order for a caramel macchiato and Cafe mocha. Pulled up to the window and didn't get greeted at all for 2 minutes! When the girl did finally come to so call acknowledge me, she just told me my total, I paid, and got my coffees. Well, I thought were both coffees, I did get my Cafe mocha, but instead of the caramel for my husband, I got a cup of hot milk!!! Like, what?! Lol!! Just milk, nothing else in that one. That has got to be the most expensive cup of hot milk I've ever bought. Lol. The stickers were correct too. SMH!
I placed a mobile order here. I’m from out of town. When I went in, I went to far left where a young man was preparing coffees. I showed him my phone with my mobile order and told him the name for the order. He was so RUDE and not helpful. He said I can’t see that. At my regular Starbucks that is where we pick up mobile orders. He was so not helpful that another customer pointed out a place near the register where my mobile order was. Young people these days have no customer service

No raspberry syrup for months now and the service is getting kind of slow even when ordering ahead. Last week they missed my order completely.
BARELY WARM....Misto and you had to ask for sweetener. Starbucks is in the business of coffee and you pay dearly for a good cup. Not happening!
They are always happy at this location and friendly. My dogs loved their Pup Cups today almost as much as we loved our coffee.
