LOVE my Starbucks cinnamon dolce lattes, but not much else at this particular location… I had to ask for everything, no customer service or a simple, “would you like?” Food was thrown in the bag or dropped or something and it had come apart and was difficult to eat. Chai tea latte was NOT the same as other locations. It was a lot of water and someone definitely didn’t follow the recipe. Overall, I just felt like I was annoying the barista. I did not complain. I just preordered and paid with the mobile app. I asked for napkins, a straw, etc…. Normal stuff. I will not be going back to this location near Hobby Lobby.
I havent been there in a very long time. House coffee tastes like liquid sand paper and too expensive. I will not return.

I have not stopped into many Starbucks but this one was exceptionally patient and speedy. The service was enjoyable and will be making more visits.
Yea so I PAID AND ORDERED AHEAD on mobile app, get there expecting to see my to go order, nope! Stood there for 15 minutes seeing all the customers after me getting their drinks thinking maybe they will call my drinks, nope! then I finally go up to one of the baristas asking if they have my mobile order. And guess what?? NOPE!! the girl was being so rude she just shrugged her shoulders and said, “I dont know.” That was it. Paid for 2 drinks I didnt even get. but its okay, I already called corporate☺️Was not ashamed of being a Karen today.
A large and open space with plenty of seating. Not too busy of a location for the time I was there. Only problem would be how much syrup they put in drinks. Further south in Texas it seems to be more than usual. Would always recommend knowing your pump amount and asking for it when ordering

Had a turkey sandwich, grilled cheese on sourdough ( Delicious). Lemon cake for dessert and my wife had her favorite sandwich. Can't remember what it was though. She loved it with coffee and lemon cake
Picked up my mobile order this morning my ice coffee was very weak. However my 1 star rating is for the lack of couth at this store. While I waited for my order I had to listen to the employees speak very negative about another co-worker. From what I gathered sounded like their manager. As a customer I don't want to hear all of the stores BS I just want my coffee so I can get through my work day.A women was standing at the register waiting to order NO one acknowledged her. The woman said "Is someone going to take my order?" In a very unpleasant tone one of the girls said "Yes! I will be right with you" As soon as the worker turned her back to the customer she rolled her eyes and said "like we aren't busy" Extremely unprofessional! I will be driving the extra 10 mins to the other location from now on as this is not my first bad experience here.
Very fast drive-thru, clean location, friendly employees. and order was correct.
