Worst freaking experience ever! Sat in the stall for 45 minutes waiting for them to answer the red button. I later learned that that they were ignoring the stalls to keep the drive through moving! I watched 8 people leave angry in that 45 minutes so I wasn't the only one to give up and go. Sounds like a real profitable business strategy to me! The other sonic in kerrville tx served me a shake with obviously spoiled/sour ice-cream mix so this was my last straw with sonic!
If you can't find staff then explain and I'll gladly wait or move on. I asked a girl if they were taking orders still at the drive through after patiently waiting 10 minutes. (Everyone is short handed these days, I get it) however...I don't appreciate being snapped at..."I'm the only one working!!!! I wanted to tell her... Ok. Well...you have not a professional bone in your body. I'll go across town to the other sonic for now on .
Lady in the drive thru is rude and sloppy. Asked for a drink to be remade and she got upset and refused. Can totally see why they rate low . There's another close by that's better
I feel like the food quality has gone downhill over the past couple of years. We used to love to eat at Sonic but now the fries and tots taste like they are cooked in old grease. The soft drinks are great and the burgers taste pretty good but look like they’ve been smushed. The staff has always been very nice.
Was a good stop, quality of food was ok. But it's understandable due to short staffed all around town. But they do the best they can.
It's a pretty good sonic we get drinks from here almost every morning before work.
Got a small mozzarella sticks and a combo. Small should be 4 but got 2. Asked for mustard and ketchup. Nada. Not a great experience but thanks for the employees who showed up for work. Still got food for the belly.
Took the little to go get his perfect attendance shake! I have to applaud all these local businesses giving treats to the littles for doing good at school. Not that we don't take him to these places because we do but my baby is a type 1 diabetic and this is a real treat for him when he works hard at school!..
The went through the drive-thru to get a late night dessert. The employee on the microphone was very unprofessional. Making smart remarks and was over acting like a child.
Literally everytime we come here the employees are rude or in a bad mood. I get people have bad days, but it is every single time.
