Picked up sandwiches for dinner. They are always very good. When we got home, my granddaughters sandwich was made wrong.We waited until the following day and went back. The young lady there was very nice. She offered to give us our money back or prepare another one.There were no questions asked. Love their sandwiches and their service.
Monica at Schlotzsky’s SAVED THE DAY! We needed 30 sandwiches to feed our baseball team in very little time and notice. We had called other sandwich shops in Kerrville to place the order and we’re told they didn’t have enough staff to fill the order in our time frame and told they didn’t have enough bread ready to fill our order. When I called Schlotzsky’s and talked to Monica she reassured me they could fill the order within our timeframe and THEY DID!!!! She is an angel and our team is beyond thankful for the service they gave us.
Great sandwiches and fast service. The place was hopping but employees kept up with demand.
Sandwiches were good. Asked for extra onions and some pepper. I was told they didn't have pepper. Left the window only to discover my sandwich only had a couple of slivers of onion. Had to go back. They also found some pepper on my second trip through the drive up. ? Great, but check your order before you leave.
I ordered an Italian calzone, and was very impressed! They definitely don't skimp on the meat! Fast friendly service!
Food was great and Lydia especially was fantastic. What a lovely lady she is! She brought smiles to our faces and made our lunch that much better
First time in awhile. Much better here. Clean and good food.
Good food, but I was traveling and asked that they not cut my sandwich in half since its hard to hold while driving. Once I left, to my surprise, the sandwich was cut in half and I was unable to hold the halves together with one hand and drive with the other. So, I got part of the sandwich all over my shirt. I gave 2 stars because the food is good, but would have given 4 or 5 stars if they could have followed simple instructions about not cutting my sandwich in half. Not sure why they can't follow simple instructions.
Not impressed ! As the girl handed me my order she was not friendly she handed my bag to me she just bunched all up like a trash bag and I did not speak one word I was going to ask her for a extra napkin but she was to busy talking to the employee behind her and shut the window as I asking and turned her back to the window and continued her conversation. I’ll stick with subway atleast there friendly when you work in retail all day. The last thing you want to deal with is another rude person!
Very good food! On this day there was a special..two for one so my friend and I got a really good deal !!
