Have recently become obsessed with the spicy chicken sandwich during the last trimester of my pregnancy, and was fulfilling my never ending craving this evening when Ben at the drive-through was a superstar! He took care of everything quick and efficiently and had a super hilarious name tag. 10/10 will be back, loved talking to Ben aka Peen ????

The food was good but everything else was terrible. When we got there there were two people waiting for their food they said they were waiting almost an hour. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes no one took order so my husband asked if somebody could take our order. They did but we waited a half hour for our food. They were running out of food didn't keep up with making it the drive-thru was backed up people were pulling forward and waiting and waiting and waiting. They need someone in there to manage them one employee said he was only there 2 days

Went there today 3/17/22 around 5pm and they were a little busy but not bad.We could tell the person running the register was a little stressed. However she never even Acknowledged us, as we waited in line for a while.I’m sorry that you’re having a bad day, however Customer Service goes a Long WayHad she bothered to say “ I’ll be with you in a few minutes “ we probably would have stayedNeedless to say we walked out and went somewhere else.

Went in for lunch today and the chicken given to us was rubbery brownish and obviously old. I went back in for a refund and the little man decided to tell me “ you want refund for food you ate” when it was clearly still in the bag he gave it to me in. Then he proceeded to say “ sides hot you got hot sides” I didn’t give a flying f about the sides the main entree was old and he refused. I proceeded to show him HIS tenders that he served me and he just looked at me and said “ but sides are hot you want refund when sides hot”. I will never return and I have filed a formal complaint with corporate. If I could give negative stars I would.

Food is always great here. Fresh chicken always

Yes I love that chicken at Popeye's however on this occasion I had the flounder sandwich it was very good along with the cajun fries I would definitely eat it again

This place used to be the best chicken place in town by it has gone down hill, I assume due to the employee issue. Hopefully it will get better.

Poor service...love food...but can't get orders correct....used to ge good....not going to get patient if this continues

Went to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Super Bowl Sunday, to pick up some Chicken. I usually order the Chicken sandwiches which are always good. Decided this time to order fried Chicken 9 piece dinner deal which included, two large sides and biscuits. Returned home to eat with friend's and really disappointed...☹ Chicken was old and cold not good... And overpriced at that. Think I will try Raising Caine's next time Chicken is tender & good not old & cold.

WOW! What a disappointment this place has become. I keep giving them chance after chance to improve but it's not happening. Too bad, I like Popeyes chicken, tenders, sandwiches and sides but the quality of this location has continually declined. They are closely following the footsteps of Jack in the Box. The food yesterday had been re-heated at least twice, the chicken under the crust had a grey tint, it was dry and the mash potatoes were lukewarm at best. Let's not EVEN talk about the person on the counter who absolutely hates his job. I had to greet him to place my order, I had to ask him if he wanted to know what sides I wanted. I flat out asked him if he was unhappy at his job and he said "I don't wanna talk about it" and walked off. They are consistently out of different products... hot sauce, napkins, straws...etc. I blame management (or lack of), they used to have an involved manager when they opened and the quality and speed of the food was always great and the service was too, haven't seen him in a long time. Too bad!!! Oh, by the way, the prices going through the drive thru are higher than dine in prices, why is that?
