I hadn't been to this location and sometime and decided to give them a try yesterday the pizzas that they made us were delicious and while I came inside and waited for my order there's actually a place where you can dine in and the staff was very friendly. The manager showed me how I could scan a QR code to get a menu on my phone and he even gave me a printed one.
We had delivery last got it prompt and very warm it was so good thank you Pizza Hut!
Employees are rude, manager had no idea what he was doing, wanted to argue over the phone over a wrong order trying to tell me that I was wrong. I know what I ordered bud. Terrible customer service. I went outside to wave the delivery driver down, she just looked at me and drove off. People amaze me, I will never order from this pizza hut again. Ordered today 2/26/2022. Got pizza at 8:48 pm. Get it together
friendly staff. manager took care of personally. nearly closing time. place was cleaned out still took us in and allowed us to dine in. definitely recommend
Was welcomed when I arrived to pick my pizza up. Manuel, my brother came out & greeted me telling me how much longer it would be for my pizza to be ready. He has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I have always been a pizza hut lover but it is very unfortunate that the last couple of times the service has been the worst... not only does the pizza taste like the ingredients are old the deliverer took my order to the wrong address , forgot my drink and didn't get it to me til 30 minutes later!!! I give this place less than a star for sure!!!
Our store makes great pizza. My only complaint is against the app! Everytime id begin to select my pizza it would shut down. I had to place my order on the computer instead. But Pizza Hut will always be a fave in our house!
The folks at Kerrville Pizza Hut are The Best. Pizza is always on time ... always just the way we like it. Plus, they are so friendly and helpful. They are just like part of our family. Pizza Hut is the ONLY pizza we order.
