Very nice and fresh environment. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The shop special coffees are delicious. So was "The Twix"
I come here a lot for lunch- love all the paninis, sub a side salad for the chips! Large portion. They stock fresh pastries sourced locally which are all great. Coffee is decently good but if I’m being honest I come mostly for the combination of food+a drink! Also love that they do not close until the evening! Will be great if they get the website back up and running so you can order online again.
The atmosphere and quality of products was the closest experience to my high end coffee stops in Tasmania. If you come to get something, I would recommend having it in store.

Coffee is smooth and delicious. Scones are my favorite here. They stay together in my hand as I break apart my bites. Some are just too dry or dense. Not these just right.My son enjoys their hot cocoa. It's a cute place. Small but plenty of seats to enjoy your coffee, your laptop, or a friend. Couple of seats outside too.Staff is super nice. There's a bathroom for customers.
So, after all the rave reviews we went to try out PAX for the first time. We walk in and there is a couple ordering ahead of us which is great - it gives us time to look over the menu. The couple ordered and were handed their drinks. Then we order - just 2 specialty coffees. I even went and tipped since I was paying with card. Totally stumbled upon this place - wow, what a good find. Our espresso drinks were great, and the food was perfect! We got avocado toast with salmon, a lemon Danish, and the turkey panini (they were out of strawberry jam, so we got it with apricot jam and strawberry slices, and holy cow, get yours this way).
