It was okay pizza ? too expensive in my opinion
Not a good experience.. Paid $30 for a pizza.. Delivery time said 25 to 35 minutes.. Took the guy over an hour.. Called the store and he said the driver had a triple delivery..( reallt? wirh a 35 min delivery time?) the guy told me to order somewhere else if I'm not happy.. cool.. np.. will do* the pizza is cold too.. thanks papa j i tipped 15%
The Kerrville Papa John's used to be really great when they first opened and now I can't get through to ANYONE to make a phone order and when we were there yesterday, we had another awful experience with our order. I'm so sad, because we loved that place, but we will not go back.
Pizzas made quick, decent quality as well.
Third time I’ve ordered delivery from this location and had a late delivery. One order was over 2 hours later than the time they gave me.They never have offered or met my request for a refund. Only give the option for a free pizza in the future, which never gets fulfilled.Just choose a different pizza place in town.
Decided to give them a chance again and still terrible delivery service. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for cold shriveled up pizza. Never again Papa John's. Order someplace else folks!
Their Gluten free crust keeps me coming back! Always fresh ingredients! Thank you Papa John's!
Each time I have been here the services has been great for fast pizza.
Fast service and delivery... BUT, original style crust taste and had texture of undercooked.
Nasty they don't wear gloves seen employee wipe hands on belly. Never go back.
