They are fast at making drinks. There isn’t much parking though, the parking lot in the front is too small for full size pickups. There drinks are nice and refreshing; however, they come at a heavy cost. It’s around 4 dollars for a basic small (tea), just a reminder that the main ingredient in tea is water. The place is cool, but it is most definitely on the steep end in terms of price, especially for what you get and the amount you get. If this review was helpful, press the thumbs up button.
The girls working there were constantly socializing with their friends and not paying attention to the waiting customers. They did a bad job at keeping orders separate and even gave our drink to a group of other customers who got to keep it for free. They told us a drink, I think it was the rocket pop, came with boba when it did not. The drinks tasted good but there was terrible service. I probably won’t visit as frequently as I used to.
I just discovered this delightful tea store, so I will have to explore it's many options. A friend took me several weeks ago and ordered for me: a chia which I had never had before. I am limiting my sugar intake these days so she ordered unsweetened. To my surprise, the chia was a flavorful blend with a hint of cinnamon and cardamom and absolutely delicious! My second visit on my own was equally satisfying and scrumptious. The busy staff listened patiently to my request to duplicate my first drink. It was called a Banzai Chia. The first sip confirmed that I had found my treat, but while I was waiting, I saw my next drink, a strawberry and cream! It looked so refreshingly summertime that I know I will return to try it. The store has indoor and outdoor seating, a serve-yourself tea bar, and a drive-through window. Everyone is very friendly there. The prices range from reasonable to pricey depending on how exotic you want your drink. I highly recommend stopping for refreshment at this lovely tea store in the Hill Country!
Delicious teas! I enjoyed my coconut tea so much! I LOVED IT! ❤️??
Great place to drive thru and get a refreshing beverage! Their friendly attitudes and helpful service is a huge addition too :)
Yummy & unique offerings. My teens love this place. Great alternative to coffee in the summer.
Best drinks in town, get the tea bar Strawberry Hibiscus extra sweet with 1 scoop of blueberry boba.
I visit this place every time I am in Kerrville. I love the large variety of teas that are offered, and I am big on customer service. I have had pretty good experiences until today. The owners of this location should reconsider some of the young ladies they employ. I am a black woman, and I don’t use the race card often,. I can’t determine any other reasons for their rudeness today. Needless to say, I will not be returning!
This place does not sell coffee, so not sure why it comes up when you search coffee shops. It also smells like strong cleaning chemicals in there all the time, it's very hard to breathe. We thought this was a natural kind of environment hangout with coffee. It's not.
Delicious teas and treats! The pumpkin bread is delicious as are the cookies. My daughter loves their holiday menus and my husband loves their chai lattes. The staff is always friendly as well
