I picked up breakfast there twice last week. Both times was from inside, not the drive-thru. Both times the food was correct and quick, but I had to wait several minutes for drinks. The drive-thru is not having this delay, as I watched several cars drive out as I continued to wait for a single cup of coffee. Others were waiting for their drinks with me. I recommend the drive thru if you're in a hurry until they are able to fix their front counter staffing issues.
Only eat here out of pure ignorance. Zero stars if I could. On line order, and the cashier acted like my order didn't even exist. Told me very rudely that I don't know how to use the app. I wanted to slap that guy but I'm better then that. So they called my number and the same cashier look at me and said something. I can believe they would hire someone that is antagonizing customers. Why to go fake meat McDonald's. Have fake customer service too.
Remember ROMPER ROOM? It’s in the Kerrville,Texas McDonalds. Arrived to see two grown women asking staff why they wear mask, to have the counter boy tell them cause his “boss is old and don’t wanna get sick”. From out of town, this is a scary thing to hear. Instead of asking us if we were ready to order. He kept speaking to them. The over all immature behavior of the staff we could see and hear made me comfortable with how loud the staff was with school friends coming and going. We left before finishing. they are kids, I get it but do it quietly, try to be respectful. Staff were conversing with friends about “blocked” social media. Front counter help kept calling girls in and o ut to see “his boy” along with many more Jr. high school behavior. No manager in control I do not understand lack of professional service. Being in staff development, I would hope some of the staff need re-training in customer service.
This McDs is attached to a Shell station and the parking lot is always crazy. I was sure we would be in the middle of a shoot out tonight between people at the pumps. SCARY! Went in to wash my hands in bathroom and a woman was cleaning it. She was on her phone the entire time and had everything covered in a foamy spray (sink, both toilets, etc.). I waited few minutes but i think her conversation was more important. I finally went in and washed over the top of the foamy stuff.I went into the McDs side and ordered a large tea to go and the male who took my order was nice but put his hands all over the lid of my cup. I just threw it away but eeeeeew! Just doesnt feel really clean inside.
This McDonald's over charged me then when she went to fix it she took off what I needed and had me paid for what I didnt need. Smh I will never be back to this location again

Nice experience great food best burger I've ever had this far the nuggets were so juicy and crunchy I could hardly bare taking the last bite there delicious flavor will forever ever haunt me the beautiful the great the exquisite McDonald's
Best non-flavored coffee in town.
A little dirty - especially the women's restrooms that they share with the gas station. Food is fast and cardboardy
