I hate being a Karen but here it goes and this is to Corporate. Ordered online for delivery an hour and a half before closing as I was driving in from work in SA after working 13 hr shift. I ordered a sandwich and tipped 25% as I always do even though I live 1 mile from JJ. Manager called me right before closing saying they were not going to deliver the order I paid for but would refund me in 3 to 5 business days. Congrats to whoever owns the JJ franchise in Kerrville you got me. Maybe pay your employees a living wage and you won’t go bankrupt.
Went there this afternoon. Ordered a simple sub. Apparently the comic book that the guys were looking at was more of a priority than a customer's order. Not so freakishly fast... At all... Had a sign that it was under new ownership, I would like to question this new ownership as to their values... Who waits 5 minutes at Jimmy John's for a sub? No one... Unless it was me. Really disappointed! The owner needs to talk to his manager and employees about priorities. A customers order comes first then you can go and look at your comic book... Thanks a lot for that boys....
I called in an order for lunch and the shift manager Nathan had my order ready and waiting for me. No waiting ?. Nathan was very friendly. I ordered the unwich, which is a lettuce wrap, and it was fresh and delicious ?. This is hands down the best sandwich shop is town. The lettuce is always fresh and crispy never wilted or soggy. The veggies and meats are always fresh and the bread is the best!! I am definitely gonna be eating here again!!
We ordered Jimmy Johns for delivery but accidentally chose pick up. The assistant manager Nathan called to verify. When I told him that we accidentally chose the wrong option he was very kind and polite and offered to deliver it himself. Nathan showed up a few minutes later! I was so impressed. Also the food was amazing! We will definitely be repeat customers!!
We stopped here with our high school One Act Play cast and crew of about 25 people, including adults, for lunch before the show. The food was great but getting yelled at by the manager was not. He was yelling that we were too loud (despite the 80s rock blasting over the speaker). He complained that we “sold out all their bread”. He said it was “company policy” to call a day or two in advance for groups this size. We actually packed up our food and left to go finish lunch at the hotel rather than stay and endure the attitude. It’s probably a great place if there are only one or two of you but if there are more you’d plan your visit a couple days in advance…
I've eaten here many many times and I'm always happy with the sandwiches. Really only get my order messed up a small amount when they are packed and slinging out sandwiches. Would recommend if you're looking for something quick and filling!
Always a great experience when I eat at the kerrville location. Staff is super friendly and fast.
I love the atmosphere, very friendly service, and delicious food! Definitely will eat at this location again!
