Not totally bad, but disappointing regardless. Fried foods came out a mess, and burnt. The bathroom was discusting, the staff seemed overworked and thinned out. Now eather waitress wasn't listening or the cooks didnt really read the order. Yes it's a good place to eat, and good atmosphere, but we leave these comments not to condemn a place but to keep them aware.
One server doing everything. Register, seating, taking orders, & helping cook. They were out of everything. Finally landed on chicken strips & they were out of almost all sides. I ended up with pancakes & mac cheese which I didn't ask for. It wasnt the servers fault. He was doing the best he could but they would have done better to shut the doors until they could get food & workers.
Not a bad place to eat,they are short of people if you want to wait for 35 minutes. I love their pancakes ? very gooooood. Fresh and hot.
we went to ihop from a long trip going back to west texas so we decided to stop in and get some food at 9pm they had one waiter and man he was already complaing and having an attitude so we waited and all he was doing was busting tables instead of tending to his customers so we waited 40 min and finally asked for our order to be taken and he said I'VE DECIDED TO PUT MY SELF FIRST SO YALL GO ELSE WHERE OR GET IT YOUR SELF !!! worst experience ever
Eggs were rubbery. Pancakes crisp as opposed to soft and fluffy. Coffee was decent. Ham was sliced for sandwiches not breakfast.
Waitress very rude no customer service. Funny thing sign hanging treat people the way you want to be treated she needs to read the sign and follow it. Very loud and rude won’t be back
Absolutely worst experience I've had in Kerrville. Ordered Curbside They said they don't have curbside anymore ? Then they gave my order to someone else waited a total of an hour and a half and they still got my order Wrong, food was terrible and cold worst Valentines experience ever absolutely wasted 35 dollars in food. Never ever Go To IHOP again.
I just stopped by for a cup of coffee as I was traveling. The restroom was clean and the resturant was clean except for some ceiling lights that didn't have cover rings so there was exposed ceiling tile over some tables. Coffee was good.
Server was excellent. Food was ready very quickly. Taste was great. A bit pricey but overall great.
We had a little bit of a wait as they were under staffed but our server Marcos was great! The food was good and we enjoyed our meal!
