The food is delicious and the service / employees are professional and nice.My kids got some coupons for a free kids meal from their school for achievement.. They loved it and the guy at the counter could be mistaken as the owner if he's not cause he was happy to help my kid and very courteous.Definitely going back
From the start they didn't take our order right, I asked for a chicken sandwich combo and the lady put me down for a chicken salad sandwich combo. We had a coupon for 1 free chicken sandwich with the purchase of any sandwich combo but the lady same that we could not use it because it read one free sandwich with the purchase of a combo order not a sandwich combo order. Still made no sense but didn't want to argue so I just left it alone. The food was good but the service could use some help.
Went in at 9:45 after a long day of driving to the area for vacation. Was told when we entered to have a sit down meal "we close the lobby at 10PM and you will have to leave if you are not done with your food" Really I don't have a problem with closing at 10 but I have never been anywhere where we're ask to leave at 10. Waht is the world of service coming to. I guess on the bright side they did tell me before I ordered. So the only reason they got 1 star is because I could not give zero.

I placed a online order. The drive thru cashier who said her name was Michelle was super rude. She has a terrible attitude. I forgot to order the drink with ice and when I went to ask her for ice because I realized my ice melted I said “I ordered the drink with “no ice” but I need…and she cut me off and yelled “IT HAS NO ICE!” but that wasn’t what I was saying and she totally interrupted me while I was speaking. She needs to stop working with customers if she is that nasty.
Service is better than chicken express and it was on the right side of town fir me at the time.The chicken is allright. The rolls are the bomb.
Door and online says it closes at 11 pm on a Saturday but we went there at 9:57 pm and they were closed. Front door was not locked but we were told they were closed and the door sign was not updated to suppose new time. It was very disappointimg because we really was craving golden chick and it was our first time going to the kerrville location and now it will be our last.

Portions are smaller. Salad was mostly the white, bitter part of lettuce.Shrimp is great!
