One Incorrect order but otherwise our waitress was OK. She was friendly and fairly attentive, but she had too many tables to give good service to all her customers. Loud, tall older blondeish waitress was loud, rude and NOT working - sitting at table with customers NOT paying attention to customerscoming wantinga table or those trying to leave. Had to beg kitchen to come take our money so we could pay and leave. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED
We stopped Denny's Kerrville before our appointment. We could tell they were short staffed; but everything was running smoothly. The manager, who was cooking (cook...5 days no call/no show), was slamming it. Diane, our server, was all smiles and handling it like a pro. We would recommend stopping and waiting even if there's a wait. ?????
I think the staff must be having a lot of difficulties of some type here. The atmosphere was bad, two of the female staff had 'words' with each other more than once while we were there right in the dining area in front of all the customers. Our waitress was blunt and unwelcoming, and the food was the worst I have experienced in a Denny's. Eggs undercooked, pancakes cold, hash brown literally sitting in a pool of oil. I am giving 2 stars because I feel that times are hard for staff in restaurants right now, but really they deserve only one star for the food and service on this visit especially as there were so few customers to attend to at that time.
Worst dennys ever on a Thursday night. Forgot my milkshake. Wanted to charge me for bananas and apple juice box I didn't get. The place only had 2 tables and there were 2 people working. Sure they forgot because they were chatting in the kitchen most of the time and didn't even acknowledge me when i first went in. Also gave me a small portion than what I usually get at other locations.
Good food and best coffee in town. Jennifer gave world class customer service as always.
Restaurant was very clean and staff was very friendly; however, they do not have a lot of food as they are not receiving scheduled or complete shipments. Also, although staff present were great, it appeared there were only two waitress and two cooks. Food was prepared well, was tasty, fresh and hot; it was hard to get waitresses attention with amount of people coming for lunch.
Late night dinner after 10:30 only 2 waitresses and 1 cook in the back they did amazing!!!Food came our fresh and the pancakes were better then IHOP ?
The entire staff in this restaurant were very friendly and our waitress was attentive. The food was served within a reasonable time and was very good.
Cooking staff was overwhelmed and yelling/cussing each other. Placed a to go order with our dine in order. When we were ready to leave they had not started the to go.
