My wife and I are at Cracker Barrel in Kerrville and there is a young man working here, don't know his name but he is seating people, he is greeting everyone and thanking them for being here. He is the kind of person that makes people feel excited about eating here. He needs to be commended and used as an example of how to work in this industry. Our waitress could take some notes from him. She waited on us and then disappeared. Food is excellent .
Terrible take out. Items spilled. No utensils. No plates. No bread products given, per description. Avoid this place
Went for 2 club salads to go. took over 25 minutes to get them. Paid $10 for each. They weren't worth but $6. One salad didn't have but shreds of edges of turkey, and the ham seemed chewed up. Plus didn't get iced tea I requested. Took someone who had never been. Wot go there again. Worst cracker Barrell service. it wasn't busy at all.
Best Cracker Barrel I've been to in quite some time. Food was hot and awesome. Workers were all busy, instead of standing around chatting, while only a few work. Will return!!!
Great food. But really slow service due to our server. She had too many tables. Wait time was 30 minutes for a table on a Saturday. Took over 80 minutes from the time we were seated until we finished.
Food was amazing and staff was nice to us. It filled us up. The waitress was very nice to me, as I usually get dirty looks for nervoud stuttering, so it was great overall.
It's been a year or more since I've been to a Cracker Barrel. I no longer live close to one. We had to wait about five minutes so not bad. Plus it gave us time to browse through the store, which is always fun! Nick was our waiter and he did a nice job. I always get the chicken and dumplings and like normally, it did not disappoint!!! The serving size are a good value and always have left overs. The mashed potatoes were delicious. The hubs had the country fried pork chops and he was equally happy with his choice!!! Thank you Cracker Barrel and Nick for providing us with a delicious dinner!!!! Please build a Cracker Barrel in Boerne!!! Like actually build one...don't be like Bucees who teases us for the past 7 years to no avail! lol!!!!

This Kerrville TX location just off I-10 looks like every other Cracker Barrel, but it was easily the best experience we've had among at least a dozen CB visits elsewhere in the Southwest. I attribute that level of quality to exceptional management and engaged ownership.
Monica was a fantastic server! Great food too. Short wait time for table and food was served quickly.
