I went through the drive through a few days ago and asked if they made certain sandwich that I thought I had ordered from a Church's in the past. Well Courden, forgive me if I misspelled his name, wasn't sure what the sandwich was but instead of just saying no, he offered to make something similar. Gave me bread options as well as the type of chicken. So friendly and seemed to really want to make sure I was happy. Great customer service is so hard to find these days in fast food, much less the drive thru. Give that man a raise!!!
The lady on the drive through was really mean every question I ask her she get me attitude on her answer basically I feel like she gets mad with every question

I love Churches! It's my favorite chicken. The store at the mall is always a pleasure to visit. I get my chicken fix and some pleasant words.
Tonight was a special night! I placed a very convoluted order with the young lady who later told me she had just gotten there. She worked patiently with me to get the best deal for the things I wanted. Especially because they did not have cream gravy for the 24! tenders I ordered. I usually end up very dissatisfied with my order, because I often get home to find something missing (like the cream gravy), but today they got everything just right, and hot, too. I wish I had gotten the young lady's name, because she is a real sweetheart and deserves a raise.
Friendly staff but this place is just dirty.I do not recommend eating here.

Everything was freshly cooked, so when I got home, the food was still hot!
The chicken,fries,and macaroni was very good only one thing missing was most of the other Chicken places give biscuit's with the chicken,but I got add ons and was very disappointed that not one biscuit that was sad can't understand why????
