I have never had a problem here until today. I waited 15 minutes to be seated because the host was no where to be found. After I was seated it took another 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge me and take my drink order. After my food came I noticed the chicken was raw in places. I wanted to send it back and get a drink refill but the waitress was no where to be found. I eventually got up and was going to ask for a manager when she decided to show up. The manager came out but was not interested in hearing about my bad order. He kept interrupting me saying he would take care of it. Really bad customer service today as well as employee service. I’m really disappointed.
Ordered on line and pulled up for curbside, waited 15 min and finally went in. The place wasn't busy and at least 3 people make direct eye contact with me but said nothing. Finally after anothrr 10 min someone looked around thr corner and went back to the kitchen for another 5 min. The hostess then came out asked me if I placed an order and when I said yes, she pointed to a rack and said it's over there. Worst chilies experience. When we come back up we won't be going here
Value menus with burgers was very well priced. Burgers were very good but wife’s soup was only Luke warm when served. Other than that, very good service
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was alright, not the best it's been there but I enjoyed it. The reason I'm giving this a three star rating is because one of the very specific reasons I have gone to Chilli's in the past is for the atmosphere. The atmosphere in the past used to be very casual, fun, and if I recall correctly the restaurant had some murals on the wall of the hill country.It's been a while since I've been but with this last visit, the whole place looked like it had been scrubbed of any kind of individuality within the restaurant. My first thought was that the corporate office came in and just sterilized the whole place of anything that didn't meet some kind of pre-approved plan made back in an office 500 miles from here. I may be wrong about all of that but that is the impression I got from the atmosphere.
Our server was nice, respectful, quick with drinks and remembered everything we requested. Even the extra plate for our toddler and most places usually forget. The food was great. Zero complaints from any of the 5 of us. I got the queso burger. I've gotten the same burger from 3 different chili's. Around 10 times in another state. The queso burger at the Kerrville Chili's is by far the best I've had from any Chili's. I will go back and get their queso burger again for sure.
Great evening to sit out on the patio to enjoy my husband's company, food and drinks. They were really busy but our Waitress Angie was awesome and all the employees were working as a Team. We had an Idiot 2 tables behind us who I could hear him complain about everything. He is obviously not familiar with the "Shirtage" of employees. I wanted to smack him but he definitely wasn't worth going to Jail for.
Two stars is generous. My twin and I went there for our birthday lunch. Our waiter was a jerk and the food was very much overcooked. My sister had a sandwich with chicken that was dripping grease and bacon that was burned black. Her side of fries were dark brown and unseasoned. My son had the cheese pizza. It was brown all across the top. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp. It would have been easier to chew a rubber band. The accompanying pasta was mush. The restaurant was clean and the hostess was nice.
We used Uber food to deliver to our hotel after a long drive. This restaurant was one of the few open on a Sunday night, but what a mistake. The steak was obviously very old. I'm not super picky when I'm hungry, but I couldn't eat this steak it tasted so bad.
Ordered egg rolls for an appetizers. Had to ask waiter for them. They did not come until meal was served. Told waiter to put in a to go box because we were eating the main meal by this time. Husband ordered steak medium rare, it was well done. He also ordered a side salad which came at the same time the meal was served. They did not have the vegetables that he initially ordered and so had to make a change to asparagus which he did not receive until almost done with meal. Very disappointing evening. Will NOT be coming back here anytime soon.
Ordered To-Go through phone, Ely (or Eli) was the young sir taking the order. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was very kind and had a great attitude. I worked in food and not a lot of people are like that so I was very appreciative of his kindness.
