Kerrville, Tx-Chick fil A is one of my favorite places to eat. I have always been very happy with my food and service until yesterday. I went through the drive in around 2pm. I ordered a chick fil A sandwich meal, 4 ct chicken strips and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The only thing that was hot was the soup. My piece of chicken was so thin and small and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The chicken strips were the same way. The waffle fries were cold as well. Needless to say. I was very disappointed. ?
This place is my granddaughter's favorite place for chicken sandwich and fries combo ? I took her thru drive thru for lunch for her and the family.I ordered a shake it was very good it's always very busy ?.
Always fast and fresh food!! Super friendly especially in the morning. Fantastic
The mgr took the experience from a 2 star to a 5 star. We waited, and WAITED and then my husband went to see our food, (2 ppl ate and left while we waited) he came back with a tray of something in a closed container chicken pieces? I said what's that? He said " I don't know" so I went up... I said where is our order? He said that's not what you ordered? NO so he looked at the receipt, got our sandwiches etc, said is that right? I'm thinking...it that what our reciept says? No I didn't order that or that and we have been waiting for sandwiches... we eat and start to go out the door and a woman says , "I just heard about it" and hands me some coupons. I guess that made it right by us. We were over charged, waited way too long, but ok in the end with a I'm sorry and coupons
Standard high quality Chik. The drive thru moves quickly, curbside is excellent. They get the orders right. Can't go wrong here.
Ordered chicken noodle soup for wife who wasn't feeling well and sales person noted chicken tortilla soup or something. Too spicy for my wife to eat. Mistakes happen, but that's a real bad time!!!

Service was very fast and the people were very friendly. The Spicey Chicken sandwich is excellent.
Never really went to Chick-fil-A until our baby got A honor roll! That started something new. Loved it. Tender, juicy, spicy chicken sandwich...mmmm
You can never go wrong with chick- fil- a its always good and the servers are always friendly.
