This cafe is in the natural grocery store. They have a nice selection of food and drinks. I had kale salad and my friend had a sandwich which we both enjoyed. I also loved the cucumber water which was quite refreshing. The staff was nice and very obligating.
The best place in Kerrville to eat if you care about your health. Your body will thank you and so will they. Freshly made, well prepared foods. Ate there yrs ago while visiting TX-hubby and I stumbled upon it again. Our new favorite to eat. Pick up some supplements/health foods while you are there.
Delicious beyond meat burger. Kale salad was refreshing! Grabbed it to go and headed over to the river park. Bliss.
I've never had a bad meal here.This last visit I git the southwest salad. Love the corn salsa and the vinaigrette. Yummy!
Great place for vegetarian meals. They also offer chicken and other meats. The food is fresh and delicious. The salsa is freshly made each day. What really makes this restaurant a 5 star is the workers. Everyone is so friendly.

Located in a health food store. There’s plenty of seating. Fresh handmade sandwiches. Available on all kinds of breads even cloud bread. Vegan options. Our group had a panini very good. A bison wrap. Excellent! Egg salad very good. Fresh made lemonade and teas. Worth the stop especially if you are ready for a lighter- not Tex mex- lunch.
Yum! Just what I was craving. Had a Southwestern wrap with chicken. Thing was loaded with corn salsa & avocado. I enjoy the blue corn chips & pickle that come-with. Atmosphere is chill & casual with friendly staff.
Great little healthy lunch spot and health food store. The staff is helpful and they can navigate you to a myraid of vitamin and health food selections.
The food is excellent ! I’ve eaten here 4 times and every time the food & service has been exceptional! The wraps are my fav as well as the salads! Yum yum!!
