Due to covid-19 and short staffing the lobby was closed only drive-thru very inconvenient
There appeared to be only 1 person who takes your order and money. He was quick placing my order of whopper combo as well as giving me the correct change. My food was fresh and hot when received as expected.
Decided to have something quick to eat so my husband and I stopped here. .what a mistake! We got 2 Big Kings , which are not big at all, and the patties were cold! And I don't mean lukewarm, I mean COLD! No wonder we were the only customers there at lunch time!
It seems this BK is struggling a bit right now. In the past it's been exceptional, but lately it seems to be in a bit or disarray. Orders coming from the drivethru haven't been correct about half the time. I've gotten the impression management is making an effort to make positive changes, but it seems there's a lot of frustration behind the counter. I think they're having trouble finding competent help. I hope the situation improves in the coming months, because BK is a nice addition to Kerrville.

Ordered in drive through, and had to wait to be acknowledged for over 5 minutes to order at the speaker with other cars in front moving forward. During the ordering process, every time I mentioned a meal number it was acknowledged and added to the screen and was told final total at the window. At the window was told a co-worker did not take down order and had to re-order at the window even though my drinks were ready and waiting. Paid, was not provided copy of receipt. Was told to pull around and wait outside of restaurant and order would be brought to me. Waited another additional 20 mins for food, when food was brought out we asked for straws since they were not provided. The girl who brought it out acted like it was an unreasonable request to go back inside and grab a couple of straws for us and our kids. After we got the straws we got back on the road just to find inside the bag was the completely wrong order, incorrect receipt showing that we were given a different order and kids meals were not included. The complete botching of the order and horrible attitude and way were treated was not warranted and will definitely not stop here again.
