We recently placed an order via Doordash. We were very surprised to receive our order and find a bible verse written on the delivery bag. When we called the restaurant to see if it was them or the Doordash driver. We spoke with Rob who identified himself as the manager. When we asked about it he let us know that yes it was them. A cashier there was writing the verses on the bags. Regardless of whether I identify as religious or not they should not be writing Christian bible verses on bags that are being delivered to customers. I found this to be very offensive. I would assume other customers will feel the same way. I could not believe the store manager was letting an employee promote religion at work and sending it out to customers.
I need for your people responsible for taking drive through orders to freakin listen! I asked for zak sauce got ranch. Since when does the letter Z sound like the letter R? Also, give people their receipts! I'm thinking it's in the bag. No. I'm going to stick with your competitor.
Ordered the club sandwich it was horrible.Cheese tasted like plastic and the chicken tasted like nothing at all.The service was just as bad.My order sat In the window for 5 min before I finally asked the person standing at the window if that was mine. His response was a smirk and then walking away. A minute later some girl calls out my order and practically threw the bag at me.First and last time at Zaxby's.
I was sitting in the drive through picking up my food and what I saw was absurd. There was a man in the back with an Afro with no hair net and hitting a vape. He blew a cloud what looked to be into the boxes. If you have an allergy or anything to things like that or a problem about sanitation I wouldn’t recommend going. I know I will never be going back.
Wow - what an exceeding disappointing meal. We were there at 15 until noon, and the place was empty. My companion order the grilled chicken sandwich and the meat was several small pieces mashed together on his sandwich. My chicken fingers meal was off tasting with little flavor, mostly because it was so greasy. I had gotten an order of spicy fried mushrooms which soaked the paper liner and literally coated the plastic bag the meal was placed into, because the grease ran out of the container! No ice in the ice dispenser machine, we were directed to get ice from the soda machine for our tea. The place also looked shopworn. Cabinets under the drink dispensers were open since the doors didn't fit anymore, and the seats were missing materials at the corners where people had slid in. Better chicken at better prices within a mile - will go there and get better value.

Jeanie! Girl, you are the bomb!She acknowledged us when we walked in the door even though she was quite busy. She repeated our order back to make sure it was correct. And she had a cheerful attitude! It makes such a difference when the employees are happy because the customers are too.When my dad comes for a visit this is his fave place to eat. So today we brought him since he’s here for the week! When we pulled into the parking lot, the truck was parked out back unloading product. That’s a great sign, means we won’t be told “sold out.” And indeed, they had everything today! Except the fried pickles which corporate decided to take off the menu :( it’s okay though.We ordered the wings and things upgraded, fried cheese bites, Cobb salad without fried onions and some drinks. Everything was delicious and hot, exactly how I take my food :)
Service was excellent friendly and fast. Food was the Zaxbys standard (best chain chicken in America) my only complaint is the dining room lights weren't on and I didn't know if it was open or not so I had to call haha.
Used to come here prior to 2020 and enjoyed the drive through and dine in experience. Last two times since it’s gone way downhill. Dirty inside (trash falling out onto the floor, drink machine covered in syrup) and food tasting like it’s been setting around way too long. Not receiving the correct sauces asked for. Last time I’ll be coming to this location.
First time at the location. Before I speak on the food I would like to compliment the gentleman at the register. He was poliet and patient. Very upset because we waited for extra crispy when the order was completed our food was room temperature as if the food had been sitting. The fries were hot though, very strange. I will try again but not this location. The food had great potential to taste good but the full affect was taken away because the food was not hot. We should have requested to have it re-done but we already waited 15 minutes for our food.
