First time and not impressed at all, after hearing good things about Taco Casa.. Big Lady in the drive thru is flat out rude. No customer service at all. Literally ignored my questions overs the speak and rushed my order. Get to the window, no greeting, no eye contact; she just stuck her arm out to grab payment.. took payment and handed me back my card. Assuming she saw the disgust in my face and felt my energy came, so after she handed my food she she sad have a good day. I honestly didn’t even have it in me to to say it back.. also, first impression is not a good one to see a dirty kitchen through the drive thru window, no staff wearing gloves or hair coverings, saw one with a hat.. wont be back.. ??
Great and fast. I don't know what's happening, had dr appt today swung by there around 1030 got the Chilada with green sauce and extra cheese.Now this is not the worse problem in the world but its the 3rd time since my original review and they charge me for that cheese, i know i didn't get extra cheese because i got no cheese. Also they ask if you want sauce and I didn't. I got 15 napkins though for one chilada. So today's visit 6.27.22 I gotta give them two stars
Great place to take the family to eat. Always very clean and cheerful staff that always gives you your money's worth.
Though Deborah was friendly my food was horrible cause I asked for hot sauce and lemon juice a got nothing and for me my tacos with out sauce is no good
literally the slowest taco casa in the metroplex. almost a 30 minute wait for 4 items. 2 employees in kitchen were just standing in one spot doing nothing, and a lovely moody cashier to top everything off (:
Good bean burrito. I don't care for the nachos- BUT- this location needs to do something about lighting. It was very difficult to know that they were open. Sign wasn't on and extremely tented windows.
This is the cleanest fast food restaurant ever! The people are always friendly abs the jalapeños are hot!
The restaurant is great and the workers are fantastic, but now they're adding a 2.8% charge because they're too cheap to pay the credit card fees. If that money was going to the workers I wouldn't mind paying it, but since it's just going into the pockets of the owners I will never be going back to Taco Casa ever again.
The recording is miss leading. It purposely says teas are 99 cents tacos on sale. It comes off as tacos are 99cebts on taco Tuesday. That really needs to be changed. I can get street tacos for 99cents. Would of never got them nor went here. Items already over priced. Unfortunately my card was already swiped ?
It's my brother's favorite place, mine not so much. But I still like it better than most. Yummy?
