The Taco Bell side of business was not taking orders, so we decided to get a 2 piece drum/thigh meal from KFC. We were very disappointed to find out our ONLY choice was extra crispy, until we got up to the takeout window & discovered the reason was that there were only 2 workers!!! One took the order, while one prepared it. Terrible that these 2 ladies were put into this nearly impossible work situation. Kudos & Thanks to those two ladies, who should have been paid double their wages!!

After patiently waiting in the drive thru for roughly 10 minutes, we pull forward, and a very bothered girl opens the window to say they're closed. They couldn't holler that thru the drive thru speaker!? Or put a sign out?! There were cars in front of and behind of us. It's 12:30 pm on a Monday. Lunch time

This location is awful. The food takes forever to get and looks sloppy. What's the point of a drive thru when you're waiting ten to twenty minutes on your food.Such a shame.

My grandma asked us for fried chicken from kfc, so we looked up a location near her house and headed over. When we got there, nothing seemed out of the ordinary, as there were four or five cars in the parking lot, and there were lights on inside. When we pulled up to order, however, no one answered. After several minutes we ask if anyone is there, and after several more minutes of no response, we figured we should just pull up and order at the window, since the vehicle in front of us was there. There were two cars behind us. No one answered at the first window, tho, and with a better view of the vehicle in front of us, we realize that person is knocking on the window, and is also trying to get someone’s attention. It’s not like we were there at a completely deserted restaurant at 2am, it was 12:20 in the afternoon, and there were several cars there. But even if for some reason they needed to be closed, a sign would have been helpful. We ordered on a mobile app for the nearest location, and headed that way. When we arrived, we realized it was not the same one that had pulled up in the app initially. We had already paid and did not see any options to cancel or change an order. Concerned we wouldn’t get our money back, we headed to another location, again, this time about 15 minutes away. Afraid we would be in a similar situation, we called ahead to make sure someone was actually there but could not get a hold of anyone after two phone calls. I chatted with the virtual assistant in the app, in hopes they could give us some reassurance, but it was an endless loop of nonsense, so I finally gave up. We were nearly there anyways. When we arrived we saw a sign on the doors that said they were open for mobile order pick up only, so I get out and head there only to find them locked. Thankfully someone answered at the drive thru this time. Our food still wasn’t ready, but the guy there was nice, and the food was hot.So what was supposed to be a quick 5-10 min stop on the way to visit my grandma, turned into an hour and a half ordeal, as we were more than 30 minutes away at this point, and hit heavy traffic going back. I called my grandma to let her know we were running late, and that we love her, but next time she is getting any other chicken. I’m just teasing of course, because KFC is delicious. So it really bums me out that we have to deal with all this ridiculousness.I tried sending this message directly to KFC, but of course their “contact us” options only allowed for about 100 characters, which is enough for maybe the first two sentences of this review.

Google says 10 is when they close so i figured I had an hour to get food. Sat in the drive thru for about 2 minutes with no one saying anything. I pulled around to the window for one of the employees to shake their head with an attitude when I asked if they were closed. The staff has always been rude at this location the few times I have been here.

First off the drive thru menus wernt there or falling off. Told me i couldnt have two seperate orders even tho no one was behind us. They didnt have fries or ranch. The extra sauce i paid for to be on the side was not there. The steak quasadillas were dry and thin. Close this place down.

I had tried the wings the day the made their debut from the Rufe Snow location and I thought they were delicious then and I wasn't disappointed on my second visit. The chalupa was very good as well. It's not spicy but they come with a spicy ranch dipping sauce and that's about all I can tolerate. It's not Wing Stop but I think works for my budget.

I was at KFC, not Taco Bell.I walked into the lobby and the employee looks at me, says nothing, continues to work then tells me that the lobby is closed. I then as her why don't they have a sign posted or just lock the doors? I then go to the drive through. After taking my order they ask me to drive back to the entrance of the restaurant because it will take a while to get the fries cooked. I waited with three other cars behind me. They eventually brought me the food; both employees, for safety purposes I assume. The fries were cold, so were the plant based chicken pieces that I ordered. The sign is literally about to fall down from the wind. The store is unkempt and unacceptable. For $34 the food was unacceptable as well. I will never return to this store or KFC.

Not just this location but pretty well all of the Taco bells I have eaten at which is not many anymore taste like burnt beans and poor quality food in my opinion Taco Bell used to be one of the best and now it's one of the worst in other words and my opinion they suck this is my opinion and only my opinion

Stay away from this one. Super slow service orders constantly wrong just don't waste your time.
