Ordered online order at 4:45. The restaurant is empty and it’s now 5:25 and the employee just started on my salad AND I HAD TO ASK HIM TO MAKE IT... there hasn’t been one customer the whole time I’ve been in here.. what the heck is the problem!!!If I didn’t already pay for this I would’ve canceled it!!!! I don’t even know why I try to eat here anymore!! I want a refund!!

Why 5 stars you ask? So let me explain. When we arrived to do our weekly shopping, be it Walmart or wherever for groceries, we decided to grab a bite at Subway and shop at Walmart for convenience. Now this is not the first time here, it was my second. The first was for a simple large drink because I was thirsty and was about to shop for an hour! The employee was courteous, offered discounts for my next visit and generally in a good mood - which seems scarce these days!
I wish I would give 0 star. This is worst place I have visited.. they don't know customer service.. I ordered footlong and asked to cut in half. after cutting they charged two 6inch price which was costing me more.. that's so disgusting when I checked and asked the guy working today at 5:30 pm, he said I can't do anything and I should wait until there manager call him back, that is so stupid. How can a store run without knowing any process. They didn't even call back and responded on it. I am regular customer to subway but this is second time same store made same mistake. The guy working don't even know how to handle customers. I recommend not to go anyone.

My bread was stale and she cut it all the wat through so not only did the bread crumble the toppings fell out. The lady before me ordered a salad and the bowl was discussing. The whole stack of white bowls where dirty black. The chick that helped me wasnt very pleasant.
