Just an average Subway, but sometimes the music is way too loud and not appropriate. They run out of things.

This is a $15.00 salad. They couldn’t even cut up the meat!! Are you serious? Rude service to add to the insult

Long wait and they don’t have enough workers. And playing some kind of inappropriate music inside.

The store had the door locked with the sign that says open. Not sure what going on but they lost a sell.

Horrible experience. Waited 30 plus minutes in the store for a online order that said to come and pick up my food and that it is ready. This guy working is also slow a.f and no customer service. I could go on and on but i wont and i wont be coming back to this place again

Every time I've ordered on the app from this shop it was either wrong or late; sometimes both. Yesterday was no exception.Look I know we just had some hazardous weather come through that crippled supply lines, so I wasn't expecting much. I lowered my expectations. But it was worse than I had hoped for. I wouldn't even be out if I hadn't lost power for two days and lost all my refrigerator contents.The bread was several days old and crumbly; the person cut all the way through the bread so what didn't crumble off from the staleness fell out of the bread altogether; one sandwich had two wrappers on it and looked like a pack of stray dogs mauled the end of it while the other had one wrapper with the end of the sandwich hanging out.Now I know why it was BOGO 50% off. Not worth it.I'm done. I'll drive further out for Schlotsky's, Which Wich, or Jimmy Johns.

We went in today for lunch and had a horrible experience. First of all they had multiple items that needed to be stocked so we had to wait, which was not too bad. The floors were crazy sticky all over. The absolute worst part was the discussion the two ladies were having out loud. My friend and I had just sat down and took a bite of our sandwich when we hear them talking about how there are roaches all over the place there, on the counters and floors. They kept on and on about it. My friend and I immediately threw our meal in the trash. As we started to walk out I turned back and told one of the girls that it was not a good idea to be saying that out loud while you have customers in store. I told her that should not said at all. One of the girls started in on me saying "every restaurant has a roach problem, this is not the first". She said "there are always roaches everywhere". I said if the place is getting inspected like it should then that shouldn't be an issue. She proceeded to still say "every place has them". After that she says "i'm the manager and if you have any other questions or concerns you can talk to me about that". I said ok, I am. I am telling you we just heard your conversation and threw away our meal. Her response was "I'm sorry, but like I said every place has then, that't not something you can prevent". This was ridiculous! As a manager you should make sure that the issue is resolved and especially something that serious should be taken care of.

Currently waiting outside, as they have a sign that says out for lunch until 2:30. I got here at 2:25 because I didn’t mind waiting 5 minutes. It’s now 2:40 and a girl with a headband walked towards the door just to turn around and go back to wherever she was hiding. I understand people need to other people need to eat, but she clearly has no sense of urgency. Also I’m pretty sure she saw me waiting outside and still never came back out.

They're nice and helpful but not a fan of the subway experience.

They were out of a few things. They did show some friendliness to some regular customers - but, that left me standing there looking stupid (I don't need help with that). Otherwise, it's a Subway. You know what to expect.
