Good Afternoon Melanie. I am one of The managers at Sonic Drive in on Keller Parkway. I would like to start out with saying I am truly sorry you had an bad experience with us. We only wish the best for our customers and community. I would like to add; like my General Manager said, we are a privately owned and operated franchise store. We are not a corporate store. Which means yes we still follow corporate rules but we don’t do everything the same way. We do however have to tell our customers to call the 800 number if they would like to refund their online order because it’s one of corporates new policies. As far as someone higher than my Gm there isn’t any for our store. I can assure you that my General Manager is one of the nicest people you will Ever meet and if you got cut off on the phone it was because of bad cell service or our landline disconnected. Placed my order, definitely was a little busy. The order was brought out to me. First got my drink order wrong, no big deal I’ll just drink it. Got the drinks but there was like no syrup just carbonated water, no biggie just ask for different kind of soda….got a little attitude but like hey whatever. Got the new drinks which was better! But what got me was the 4 hours later….food poisoning. I definitely know it is since I am a restaurant manager. I get Things sometimes are out of your control but this could’ve definitely been avoided.
I love this Sonic! The people are super friendly, food is always great, and they are pretty fast, even with how busy this location is! And there's a reason this location is so busy! Even with some of the ridiculous people they have to put up with, they still always seem to have smiles on their faces! Also, I noticed how so many of the negative reviews are placed on the wrong location, with the description of employees and names of employees, the reviewers need to stop complaining and pay more attention to their own actions, and that they are negatively reviewing the wrong locations!
Too much attitude for a burger!The order was incomplete, the Carhop threw mustard packets at me when I asked for them, and the service was terrible. I might return when there is different staff at this facility. Until then, never again.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in Texas. We moved from California getting away from rude, unprofessional people to come to this beautiful city with respectable people to have such a rudee lady behind the microphone at this sonic location. We made an order and she didn't even let me finished when she already had hung up on us, then we pressed the button again just so this lady be extra rude said we didn't have an order but yet the another associate came with the only order she took and had the nerve to speak to me soo disrespectfully and my children hearing how horrible rude she was being to me. To the point my 8 yr old son was soo upset tears came out.. I don't like the drinks my kids do. But to have such a nasty person representing your company is just sad. I came to the other location in Watauga TX because my son really wanted a sonic drink in this 94° hot day and the complete opposite.. Outstanding customer service, fast, funny and friendly... Keller is a beautiful city please do not represent it this way with such nasty lady working behind your company... I will never come back regardless of being 8 minutes from my house.. If u a business person losing $15 dollars a week you'll understand that a penny makes a difference
Our carhop Ivy did an amazing job. She greeted us with a smile and so much energy. She was attentive and was always on the run serving others. We were having a rough day but her positive energy and smile brightened our mood.

Do yourself a favor, SKIP this location. Majority of stalls don’t work, drive thru is usually NOT working. ALWAYS out of something. Any decent staff leaving or struggling to hang on under utter STUPIDITY. Don’t know what happened to this location but it is on life support AT BEST and slowly, painfully dying. I don’t know if ownership has switched or if he’s just thrown his hands up and given up. But I’m calling time of death and will not give this location any more business. This Sonic location gives Sonic a bad name.
Not sure what is going on with the sonics right now but but we had just left another sonic because they were not serving anybody we come to this one and all Stalls were full we pulled in hit the button 3 or 4 times over a 15 minute. And nobody ever came out people sitting around in their cars we're getting upset I don't know if they were shorthanded or if there was nobody in there or what was going on But 2 sonics in one night seems very weird.
Had lunch here..the service was prompt and the food was fresh and delicious. It's a great place to just pull in and eat alone or with a passenger.
