Manager Jose & his daughter (employees) would not accept BOGO coupon (specific to this location only) from Keller fundraiser booklet. Jose stated that the owner (Bob), DOESN'T accept the coupon even though it was accepted in February. Shady business lies.
Food and Service are good.. seem to have trouble with the sign lighting being turned on at night, but I guess that just makes the line and any wait shorter.. lol.
Online state this location closes at 10 PM Monday Through Saturday. On building it says they close at 9 PM Mon-Sat. When I went inside was told that they closed at 8:45 PM today. I arrived at 8:30 PM and was denied food Employee said that they close at early due to winter and could not take my order. Disappointed.

Love Schlotzskys! But SO unimpressed with the staff tonight. The drive through employee failed to respond to questions and was extremely distracted. When I pulled up,, I watched as one employee was eating food back by the food preparation area, and the drive through employee was too busy to open the window to take my payment because he was texting. Not professional at all, sorry :/
we ordered a gluten free crust. my boyfriend has celiac allergy. they sent us this pizza on two flour tortillas. I'm glad that we noticed it was flour tortillas because if he ate it, he would be going to the ER. I called the store and their only response was "sorry we ran out" . I'm not mad they ran out, I'm mad no one called us or let the Dasher know they ran out. we only ordered here because they had GF options and they clearly don't care about allergies or food safety. Stay away if you have any allergies or want warm food.
Beware. The Indian owner is absolutely the worst. He had the worst attitude when I brought back 4 kids pizzas that were clearly NOT cooked or made right. He refused to refund me and would only make the exact same pizzas. He does NOT know how to run a business. You’re better off going to a different location!
Tried the new bacon bread meat sandwich meal it was very good. You should try one.
Bob the owner was very delightful and pleasant. In todays times of mad, sad or anger, he really brought out a smile from me! Above & beyond great service & for your sake, try a cinnamon roll?
To be honest, all I needed was a straw, and there was only one guy working there, showing bad management, and the guy working barely spoke English, and was very slow. He had music playing both with off-hand airpods, and a speaker. He got my order wrong, again, all I needed was a straw, and after I rejected a (badly wrapped and greasy) sandwich, he disappeared and gave me a straw after a minute. All of this was very bad, but the straw was great, so that gets five stars. Thanks!!
