Previously had a bad experience here (missing items and terrible response, alot of back and forth and calling me a liar when I tried to redeem a code someone there claimed themselves as the manager had provided over the phone) so boycotted for some time. Finally gave it another chance today. Ordered the 50 tenders platter, 4 sides of fries, 8 texas toast. All 4 sides of fries were missing. Should have checked my order before arriving home, but I forgot. Called to see if we could get a refund for the fries, but was told they don't do that to prevent stealing and all they could do is either we come back for the fries, come back for the refund, or take my name so "next time" they could give me the fries. We decided to drive back for the refund and the fries were sitting there, so they clearly knew they did forget to add the fries yet couldn't issue the refund we asked for over the phone because concerns about "stealing". All that refund did was pay for gas to drive back and forth that could have been resolved over the phone. Not coming back.
Ordered three meals thru the drive-thru. When we got to the window, we were given two meals, so we asked about the third. Girl at the window says, I only “heard” you order two meals. We thought we had paid for three so we questioned that too, and she repeated again that she only “heard” us order two meals. She did ask if we wanted to add the third one, but we declined because she was being so rude and blaming us for the mix-up. Got home and the meal we had asked to substitute the toast with extra fries, did have the extra fries, but it also had toast, no slaw. Guess she “heard” that wrong too! We hit this place up several times a month, but this visit will be our last. Sad to note that of all the options to select as a reason for not recommending this store, poor customer service isn’t one of them.
Now this is one of the resaurants that make keller well... keller! Great food for a good price and eating inside is always confortable and very clean bathrooms
I haven't posted previous reviews trying to give this place a chance. However when I visit, it's usually after 9pm. It seems to be the hangout spot with the coworkers and their friends just not during working hours. I ordered the 3 finger combo and it took over 8 minutes to get my food. There was no line in the drive thru and I'm waiting for service. They explained that I was getting fresh food. WELL, I got Fresh chicken but COLD fries and STALE bread. That didn't leave a good taste in my mouth nor a good feeling to return.
Always delicious chicken planks, not greasy..good fries and Texas toast. Great employees.
I went late. The food was hot. The service was good. I'm just not a fan of their chicken strip or cole slaw. It wasn't BAD, just not to my liking.They are always busy, so others must like them
This is officially the Boys and Girls Club Panther/Hillside Keller Canes . We will definitely be back ! Awesome Manager and Staff !
The chicken and fries were very good. Disappointed they don't offer ranch as a sauce option. For that reason I won't be going again.
Food is excellent. Freshly served. Sauce is delicious. 6 piece tenders, a lot of fries, 2 pieces of toast, 2 sauce cups and a drink is 14 bucks.
Amazing fast food chain and location. The food lives up to the standard of all raising cane's, personally I find this to be one of the better locations I've visited. Service is very efficient with long drive thru lines going by quickly. Would definitely recommend this place.
