Check this out.... I walked over to get some lunch. Door was unlocked but said " Drive Thru Only " Manager informed me of that. I walk out and around to the drive thru window. Wait a few minutes, they finally open the window and say " You don't have a car?" Again I explained "I walked." Manager roles her eyes and says come inside. I reply "I'm at the window, I just want a 2 piece." No response, the window closes, the side door opens. Manager sticks her head out with major attitude. She even went as far as" You wunna fight!?" Whaaaaat? "You want ME to fight YOU?" LOLThat young manager needs to be fired for sure and I'm definitely not going back because well, they handle my food and can't trust them after this altercation. Good luck to anyone going to Popeyes next to Valvoline on HWY 377. Crazy crazy. Go to Arby's next door instead. Try that new Wagyu Burger.
Ordered the tackle box and believe me it's nothing to write home about! The box had so many French fries in there, and I almost took it back because I didn't see the shrimp in the bottom! We I poured the box out the shrimp was so little ? I could barely see the shrimp they were so tiny!!! I'm not kidding!! IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISING!! also the shrimp has no flavor to me.. the biscuit and fries were ok, but a little on the cold side like they had been sitting under the light for a while but I will never order that TACKLE BOX AGAIN!!
They never get my order right. Last time I was there, I asked for spicy chicken with mashed potatoes. They gave me regular chicken with red beans & rice. And the chicken was gross and extra greasy. Never going back there.
March 31, 2022 @9:47pm pulled into drive through they state "we've already closed everything has been taken off" so your telling me y'all closing earlier then the time posted on y'all's building. Ridiculous I've worked in the food industry for a couple of years I know what it's like but I've never stopped serving food until the close time is met
So disappointed, I ordered a classic fish sandwich. The sandwich was horrible! The outside (crust) was chewy, hard and dried out. The sandwich looked like, A) left underneath the hot light too long B) it was left in the microwave too long. A or B the food was horrible. I am so done with Popeye's chicken. I do not recommend this place too anyone.
Use to love me some Popeye's Spicy fried chicken and red beans and rice, but the prices and the indistinguishable, now small pieces of chicken will have me steering clear of their franchise. I'd like to know that when I order a breast or a thigh that I can actually tell what piece it is when I open the box. The last breast I ordered had small, broken bones throughout the meat.Take out only, dining room has been closed for months.Unfortunately, sign of the times.
They have a limited menu right now due to supply chain and that can’t be helped. But my chicken sandwich was just ok but the Mac and cheese side was burnt on the bottom. This was during dinner time so food should have been better. Not sure how long it takes a side of Mac and cheese to sit there to burn on the bottom in the cup. It I’m sure it’s not quick.
At this time and she IG you can’t open your main dining room due to lack of staff it only means that the owner of this franchise is a cheapass that won’t pay their employees a livable wage to keep the customer and business flowing. Great product but this location is the WORST of all the Metroplex
Not sure what’s going on at this location but we showed up at 7:30pm Saturday night and they were closed with about 5 cars parked in parking lot. Please communicate hours of operation so we don’t waste a drive.
Delicious food with “AWFUL Service”This location has supremely horrible service. The staff are rude and always rushing you when you ordering the food. I and my husband experienced this awfully services more than 10 time. We were extremely patient. The always forget to give us sauce, drink which we paid for. Last time, they forgot to gives us three drinks that I paid for. I was driving over the window only 3 meters away so I parked my car and walked back to the window and knocked it to get my drink!!I told them they forgot my drink, the lady asked me which drink you ordered, I told them then she told me to get back in the line which no car behind me!!! She did not even say “Sorry “ that forgetting and yelling at me to go back in the line!! Then close the window on me!!!How come can’t they just passed me the drinks. My drinks should be right there! They should have them already, but no!! They did not even have them!!! Another place would told me “sorry about that” here are your or tell me to wait in the car then they will bring drinks to me. I couldn’t stand these staffs’s behaviors! Anymore!! They are so rude and unprofessional every time we come to get food here!! The place is always closed their doors. Only drive trough** and it’s so badly that most of the staff are just exactly have the same awfully service **** I love eating Popeye so much !! I wish there is another branches nearbyI made up my mind yesterday, will go to another chicken place instead!! This place is not deserve a star for service. Also the menu order monitors has been broken!! since 2021!!! Unbelievable!!! Not recommended this branch at all!!! Not worth it to deal with rude staffs and you have to check the food that you ordered before leaving all the time!!! BC their did not do their job!!
