This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. The first time my wife and I ordered pizza from this location, it was for a family get together. It took well over an hour for the pizza to be delivered, and when it arrived it was cold and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, and not to mention they messed up and made it incorrectly. To top it off I have been sitting on hold for over 30 mins and have been hung up on 4 times while being transferred from Pizza Hut’s exterior answering service. So needless to say I would not recommend this pizza company or this PH location. And to be honest Little Caesar’s pizza is a lot cheaper, it tastes way better and it takes a quarter of the time as Pizza Hut with far superior service. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!
When I order the pizza it said it was gonna be 90 minutes out OK fine it’s dinner time then I get a notification saying that it was out for delivery at 7:40 but it’s not going to arrive at my house till 857 I live five minutes away from the store I’m not mad that it took so long I’m upset that the delivery time was one hour plus by the time I got my food it was cold never ordering from this location again
I placed delivery order and was called by the store that the delivery is not available and they can either cancel my order or I can pick it up. When I went there to pick up my order, I saw a delivery guy loading pizza boxes in his car. This is so messed up!! Never ordering from this place again. Extremely rude and bad customer service!!!
I used the order tracker, it never changed from order on the way with expected delivery of 21-31 minutes, after an hour I decided to just check my front door, my order was sitting on my porch, driver never rang my door bell or knocked, therefore my pizza was very cold. I still love Pizza Hut pizza and will continue to order.
Just order a couple of pizzas. I do understand that is a day after Christmas and they are busy and will take a while for delivery. But the pizzas came cold to a point that the cheese is hard. I had to reheat because my husband was starving. Try to call 3 times and nobody answered they just hang up on me.
Waited 10 minutes in the lobby before I was even greeted by anyone in the store. There were 4 employees in the store at the time and not one asked if I wanted to place or pick up an order or if I needed an assistance. They looked at me directly SEVERAL times and not one person acknowledged me. When I finally spoke with someone, she did not apologize for the blatant negligence or incompetence on her end. Absolutely terrible business acumen at this location and I’ll never visit again.
Good overall taste, Medium-sized pizzas are getting so small these days though.
Its been a long time.since I ordered pizza from PH. Now I know that I was just guarding myself from tough pizza dough, minimal cheese, under baked and underseasoned pizza. Also, what did yall do to the sauce? Its terrible. The end.

I worked at Pizza Hut as a high school student. I have also worked for the competition while in college. The last order from Pizza Hut was the first order in a while that was good. Thank you guys.
