Website says they close at 11, but they wrote in sharpie on the door that they actually close at 10. So they took my money and tip, but locked up before I got there. I could literally see three other waiting carryout orders on the screen inside. Honestly don't think they actually close at 10, somebody just wanted to go home early. I've got a really low bar for pizza hut in general, but come on, this is ridiculous.
Lazy staff and always say they are never able to deliver and they give no reason as to why. I feel like they don’t actually know how to do there jobs. It’s not that hard to drive 4 minutes away to drop off a pizza especially when car access isn’t available for a customer. They need to do better with that, it’s seriously aggravating.
This Pizza Hut is the WORSE. They notoriously get orders wrong and then have the nerve to raise their voice at you when you call them back to tell them about it. We ordered a deep dish pizza, the pizza crust was really thin. No where near a deep dish and I have eaten deep dish from Pizza Hut for years. I called the lady, I think it’s Jennifer to tell her that it was incorrect and not a deep dish. She proceeds to get defensive and raise her voice at me and tell me it IS deep dish and she made it herself. I honestly did not approach the call rudely or with a raised voice AT all!! That is not my approach if ever I have an issue with an order. It was disrespectful and TOTALLY rude!!! Don’t waste your money or energy on this location. This is one of the MANY times that they have messed up an order, and to make matters worse the crust is dried out and the pizza tastes terrible. Ridiculous!
Out of 4 times ordering From this location not only is the order wrong, the foods is cold, and over an hour and a half late. Its a compete waste of money. Every time you try and call the location they don't answer the phone or you get forwarded and hung up on. This location is a complete waste of a storefront. The only thing this store has consistently done is disappoint their customers time and again and that is very clear.
Not the first time, repeated ordering and delivery issues. Placed an order online, then after taking payment finally confirms 2.5 hours until ready? No option to cancel online and won’t answer my repeated calls to cancel the order. Little Caesars it is from now on…
Notoriously late with the last three orders. Can't see this place surviving another year. Little Ceasars is on it though. Ordered from and Pizza Hut at the same time and LC beat them here buy 30 minutes. Can't believe Pizza Hut has gone down in service like this.Also, an ungodly amount of pineapple on a barely cooked crust is not a good idea.
The wrong sauce was put on my last order.
Bring us a pizza on time and have it not squished as well as all messed up.
My order took over an hour to be delivered and when they finally got to my house I was not greeted and instead of handing my order to me they put it on the grand and just walked away. Ignored me when i told them to have a nice aday and left my gate open. Will never be order from this location again.
Despite it being the holidays, my order was delivered quicker than expected and my order was correct...and hot and fresh!
