The Supreme Pizza I ordered was super hot and made perfectly with all of the ingredients I asked for. The Spicy Wings were awesome and freshly cooked to order. Super Fast Delivery time, the delivery driver was knocking on my door 17 minutes after placing my order. If you want a hot delicious pizza delivered super fast, the Keller Pizza Hut is Your Place!
I have reached out directly to Pizza Hut numerous times being advised I will hear something back in three to five business days. Those commitments fell on deaf ears. Paid for extra side, did not receive, pizza not fully cut, slid in the box and messed it up. Do I get a refund for not receiving a paid for item? HELL NO, this is just another Big Corporation bullying the consumer. I truly keep my fingers crossed the State old Texas investigates how many times this has happened and sues Pizza Hut.
Hand tossed pizza was with very thick and wide edges. Only less than 50% was with toppings and edible! It was not crisp at all (which was requested). What a waste!
Well, maybe try closing at the correct time and allowing customers time to pick up their orders first

I am very disappointed that crust flavoring is no longer available. It was a big taste factor so I may order from other franchises more often now. We get 2 pizzas usually once a week.

Sometimes the pizza is good, this time not so much. It was very overcooked, dry brittle crust, toppings were dried out, lacking in flavor. Not a good pizza.
