$45 for two “large” pizzas the same size as a $5 Little Caesar’s pizza with almost as little flavor, but not nearly as hot. Maybe Papa Johns should have spent a little less time rebranding and little more time learning to make pizza.
How are you going to be a delivery man and then when a request is made act is if you are inconvenienced. This order was my last straw with this location.
Horrible! Our order was delivered wrong so they gave us a free pizza to use later on. When we called to place the order to redeem it sounded like a call center answered.....took our address and transferred us to the actual store. The person who answered was completely unprofessional saying things like Im sorry my friend is touching me and can you hangon while laughing. He finally looks up our account and says hold on I have to talk to my manager. Comes back and says well he said if you tipped better your order would be right! So we hang up and a manager calls back to apologize/explain. Since they use doordash now tips have to be divided between drivers. Manager promises our order will be correct so we go ahead and place it. Order was still wrong and the driver asked for a tip! This location is a joke
Took an hour and 15 minutes for delivery that was estimated at 33 minutes. Numerous times during delivery updates on the app showed delay after delay after the driver was enroute and less than five minutes away from my house. Pizza delivered cold.
Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with ordering food for delivery. After a hour I called and checked on my order said out for delivery. But it wasn’t hour and 45 minutes minutes later the manager said he was sorry didn’t know where my order was I asked for a explanation he then told me he was the manager and was sorry but he had no clue where my order was or why I didn’t get It . I would rate them at 0 if I had the option!!!

+2 there was no seating at all in the lobby so staff brought out a fold up metal seat from behind the counter somewhere for me to wait for my food+1 timely service making my food+1 accurate food <> order+1 helpful staff figuring out best things to order
Alway had great pizza’s and side dishes.
I hate giving bad reviews; however, this was ridiculous. My pizza order was 2 hours late, we got called by another customer who had my order, the order went to the wrong house, then we had them redo the order but it was never actually put in the system, then called again, told it was 20-30 min only to call one hour later and find out it was never sent out. Horrible management, horrible service. I've been a value customer but never again.
The pizza is delicious but you can NEVER get through to them on the phone. I have tried to order from them THREE times in the past TWO weeks only to be on hold for up to 14 minutes and then get hung up on once the phone finally answers. Why?
