This is one of the best McDonalds. The food is always fresh and hot. Many of the other stores have lousy managers and lazy employees that don't care if they serve you food that is not fresh or hot. I just came for a snack this visit. I came here last week and tried the double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese for the first time since they stopped using frozen beef. Wow. Fresh unfrozen beef burgers are so much better tasting. I am only getting the double QP meal from now on. But only from this location in Keller. I don't eat at other McD's. This company really needs to put more emphasis on hiring good managers. That's how you get fresh hot food served all the time and it should increase their sales. I would eat at McD's more often if other stores were as good as this one.
Avoid this McDonalds unless you love waiting in line for 36-45 minutes! Food is good but wait time is Horrible! I was in line tonight at 6:00, there were 6-7 cars in front of me. Dine-in is closed since Covid. There is only 1 line open. I waited 30 minutes before I got to payment window. I waited about 4 minutes before she helped me as she was also taking orders.The attendant apologized when I asked if they were short staffed & she said yes they were. I went to pickup window & was handed my food right away. This took me 35 minutes as I was watching my time. This is obviously due to poor management. This location has always been slow even before Covid so they can’t blame it all on worker shortage. Also, there was an older woman standing inside the locked door just watching the line - a good use of time!
12540 n Beach location literally never gets the order right. I have gone inside, done drive thru and curbside. No matter what they always mess something up. one time they literally forgot the hamburger patty on a freaking hamburger. I'm not sure why it is so difficult.
Took my order for just a cheeseburger, went to window and could not figure out what I ordered after telling her three times, just drove off and let them keep the money. I kept telling her just to give me a cheeseburger, three of them standing there could not figure it out. Do not go there.
Its mcdonalds. Same food. Same workforce. Not a bad place. Any issues get fixed right away. Thisbone has a really attentive staff
The new automated drink machine only gives you drinks with a huge gap at the top...not what I paid for when ordering a combo.
Workers in rush hour are rude!! I'm not a person to get easily mad but I didn't like how they talk back to you. I always do drive thru.
Worst welcoming 'service' ever, I greeted the cashier ( middle age man), and his answer was: what???, so I asked him again, how are you doing?, he just turned his face and ignored me, then I ordered a Mc chicken, the girl at the window just gave me the bag, and the order had a SPICY mc chicken, haven't time to come back, and don't want to come back to that place again.
Service was friendly and order was accurate. We always come to this location.Our order number was 1290 grill slip #90 from drive thru. The chicken on the chicken biscuit was either super fatty or under cooked so I did not finish it. It was very chewy/gummy and looked a little pink. No refund needed but you might want to check quality of the chicken you got that you are using on chicken biscuit.
The woman at the drive thru was extremely rude. Wouldn't give me a receipt and had an additional attitude when I asked the amount that had been charged to my card. Customer service training would definitely be beneficial.
