I went through the drive thru, I order a four piece nugget with bbq sauce. And when I got home and opened up the four piece nugget. It was just a slice of cheese melted, no nuggets. The manager handed me the order, he really had no idea what was going on. I also called the store to tell them this and ask for a refund, and the lady who picked up the phone was very quiet and kind of rude. Definitely do not recommend this location at all.
My boyfriend and I came here to order food for his family we ordered quite a bit of food but nothing too complicated. We ordered hash browns to go with our breakfast biscuits and two Mc griddles, whenever we got home we open the bag to start handing out food they didn’t even give us our hash browns and the Mc griddle‘s were biscuits instead of what we ordered. The young man who took our order was also super snooty
3 large fries or 3 small fries? We are a family so we share fries so this was a little disappointing.
I was initially concerned bc the drive thru line was long. However, the line moved smoothly and quickly. I appreciate quick and efficient service. Thank you.
I would give you 2 stars because the fries are literally ALWAYS cold. But. You get 5 stars just because your ice cream machine works. Hooray.
I ordered the shamrock shake mcflurry and they gave me a normal one and the bread on my fish sandwich was like cardboard and the cheese was basically off the sandwich my spicy chicken sandwich on the other hand was perfect it was nice and hot the chicken was the best I got from any McDonald's it melted in my mouth the sauce was perfectly coated to never leaving your mouth dry and the cheese I ordered on that was perfect and center and I swear the got the best cheese ever really tied it together. Plus the fries I get every time are perfect and hot with light salt all in all 8/10
This McDonald’s is great! Even though they have struggled to keep staff during Covid, they’ve continued to provide fast friendly service.
I only got hotcakes for my kiddo ,but the service was fast . The pancakes were good and kiosk service made it easy to pay and order.
Got 3 meals for three people, got to the second window and Asked to get sauce because they didn’t ask when ordering, homie gave us 2 singular sauces 1bbq n 1 ranch. For 3 fries ?? idk what your corporate policy is for sauce but like come on now.. do better
I totally understand you can’t expect much from McDonalds but this location is simply the worst. I wish the area would ban together and push back because they literally can care less about the customer, the product…anything.I totally get that staffing is tough and give lots of credit for that but just being nice and pretending that you care shouldn’t be such a struggle.I absolutely hate that when you order in the drive thru they make you park and wait so it won’t mess up their drive thru score. It wouldn’t be bad if they brought your stuff out timely when parking but you always get forgotten and have to go inside and remind them your sitting and waiting. I’m not ordering a ton of food either…mostly just a coffee or a simple sandwich.
