I went and ordered a 8 piece extra crispy all dark chicken with an 8 piece chicken tenders. My side order was cole slaw, family fries, mashed potatoes and biscuits. Pay cashed for my order. The cashier did not give me a receipt. I went home let my kids swim for a couple of hours. When I started to feed the kids all I received was my chicken. I tried to call them for 30 minutes and then decided to go to the store and talked to the manager. The manager said she could only give me money back for my sides (which was fine). When she asked me for my card I told her I paid cash she looked at me like I was a weird person. She then said how did she know that I really ordered the food since I did not have a receipt. She told me if I could show proof that she would work with me. I went home got my order took it to her, she took my left overs. She said she would replace my order. When she gave me my order she only gave me 5 chickens ,no tenders spilt my gravy all over my potato containerI will be contacting Corporate on this matter..
Tried to order in the drive thru, one car, two separate orders. It seems this location's employees are too dumb to figure out how to put two separate orders in for one car. I tried calling to talk to a manager and they wouldn't answer. Clearly this location is ran by a bunch of lazy children who have no business working with the public.
When I made the order online, the order said it would be ready by 7:05 pm and when I got to the KFC, I was told that the location had been closed and when I asked if there was any way I could get a refund, the lady on the comms started ignoring me. I then pulled up to the drive thru and she started giving me vague answers on how or when I could potentially get a refund.
Nobody working here. Drive-through employee was pleasant but they just don’t have enough help. Bathrooms are unattended. Wait is very long, even during a slow time of day.
Should really update google to show you aren’t dine-in right now or put a sign up on the door. Went in with three kids thinking we could eat there with the kids. No, and they don’t tell you until after you have ordered that it’s carry out only. Not to mention we went in at noon when they opened at 10:30 and the doors still hadn’t been unlocked.
I ordered a number 8 with Mac and cheese and fries on the side I got cold chicken and cowlslaw on the side thanks for screwing me over again KFC Im never eating here again not just because it wouldn't be worth it but also it's getting personal at this point. Stop messing up people's order and serve fresh food how is the chicken cold? Common I got home and had to microwave my food
I ordered a 16-piece meal with its 4 companions and I asked for my crispy chicken, but the chicken never came like that, they never have crispy, I don't know why in this store there is never
Went a couple weeks ago. Firstly, it took so long for anyone to even acknowledge us. While ordering, the lady took minutes to respond and acknowledge us speaking so much that we had to ask if she was still there. When we left, half of our order was missing yet we were charged for it. We tried to call the store as we were already back home, and nobody answered. There wasn’t even an option to leave a voicemail or anything. After attempting to call 4-5 times, we wanted to return to the location to get either a refund or our food and they were closed. We tried to call again the next day and still, nobody answered. I left a comment with corporate in attempt to get our money back and let them know how terribly this location is run, and nobody ever followed up. This is a terrible location, and a terrible franchise in general. They don’t care about customer satisfaction, and they got away with $20 or free money from us due to their lack of responsiveness on the issue.
Each time I come - they only have crispy chicken.. staff is unprofessional… and you always have to pull up and around, park, and wait for your order. Even tho I’m the only car in line… every time. Lol.
Bad experience. I did an online order, receiving a confirmation email.. driving to store.. manger told me they couldn’t not do my order.. and even couldn’t refund the payment. I had to call the customer care with long waiting time!!!
